{"id":56828,"date":"2022-08-03T22:24:01","date_gmt":"2022-08-03T21:24:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irap.org\/?p=56828"},"modified":"2022-10-20T02:26:54","modified_gmt":"2022-10-20T01:26:54","slug":"16-new-accredited-suppliers-hit-the-road-in-tanzania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2022\/08\/16-new-accredited-suppliers-hit-the-road-in-tanzania\/","title":{"rendered":"16 nieuwe geaccrediteerde beoefenaars gaan op pad in Tanzania"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ramadhani Msangi onderneemt iRAP-accreditatieactiviteiten (bron afbeelding: R Msangi)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zestien nieuwe iRAP geaccrediteerde beoefenaars in Tanzania positioneren TanRAP goed om wegen met een hoog risico in het land te elimineren en de activiteiten van het driejarige tienstappenproject te ondersteunen dat momenteel aan de gang is.<\/p>\n<p>Het Ten Step Project bouwt aan belangrijke verkeersveiligheidscapaciteit en heeft sinds de start in 2021 539 mensen opgeleid.<\/p>\n<p>Een aantal hiervan werken aan het behalen van de iRAP-accreditatie om iRAP-coderings-, onderzoeks- en analyse- en rapportagediensten te leveren volgens de wereldwijd consistente standaard, afgestemd op <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/2018\/04\/targets-3-4-what-they-mean-for-safer-roads-globally\/\">VN-doelstellingen 3 en 4<\/a> en de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/teams\/social-determinants-of-health\/safety-and-mobility\/decade-of-action-for-road-safety-2021-2030\">Globaal Plan voor het Decennium van Actie voor Verkeersveiligheid 2021-2030<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zestien ingenieurs en pleitbezorgers voor verkeersveiligheid van Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), Tanzania Rural and Urban Road Agency (TARURA), Road Safety Ambassadors Tanzania, Tanzania Road Association (TARA), SMEC International, APEX Engineering, Afrisa Consulting, UWP Consulting, G -PES Ltd en het Ministerie van Werken en Transport (MoWT) hebben tot nu toe accreditatie behaald. Er zijn er nog drie in uitvoering.<\/p>\n<p>Over het behalen van de iRAP-accreditatie zei Ramadhani Msangi: \u201cIk voel me bevoorrecht om deel uit te maken van de eerste groep mensen in Tanzania met iRAP-kennis om onze wegen veiliger te maken.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ramadhani is journalist en ambassadeur voor verkeersveiligheid en benadrukt de aantrekkingskracht van iRAP-accreditatie, niet alleen voor ingenieurs, maar ook voor een bredere groep voorstanders die op zoek zijn naar geverifieerde, op bewijs gebaseerde kennis om de verkeersveiligheid te transformeren.<\/p>\n<p>AfricaRAP-leider Racheal Nganwa zei: \u201cIk ben erg trots op de groeiende leveranciersfamilie van Tanzania. De groep heeft heel hard en met zoveel enthousiasme gewerkt aan de training en opdrachten om de accreditatie te behalen. De inzet en passie van deze groep, en alle Ten Step Project Partners, om levens en ernstige verwondingen in Tanzania te redden is inspirerend.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gtkp.com\/themepage.php&amp;themepgid=501\">Tanzania-project in tien stappen<\/a>, gezamenlijk gefinancierd door het Road Safety Fund van de Verenigde Naties (UNRSF), het Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (UKAid) en de Global Road Safety Facility van de Wereldbank (GRSF), brengt de regering van Tanzania samen via het Ministerie van Werken en Transport, TANROADS en TARURA, evenals de Economische Commissie voor Afrika van de Verenigde Naties (UNECA), International Road Federation (IRF), World Road Association (PIARC), iRAP, TARA, National Institute of Transport (NIT), Road Safety Ambassadors Tanzania, onderzoek instellingen, NGO&#039;s en belanghebbenden uit de sector. Het heeft tot doel de wegen met een hoog risico in Tanzania te elimineren en is de eerste toepassing van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gtkp.com\/download.php?documentid=3743\">Tien stappen aanpak<\/a> in de wereld.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de capaciteitsopbouwende activiteiten van het Ten Step Project waren drie Tanzaniaanse ingenieurs begunstigden van iRAP&#039;s 2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/2021\/09\/congratulations-to-the-60-successful-recipients-for-iraps-training-and-accreditation-grants\/\">Subsidie voor lage- en middeninkomenslanden van Afrika<\/a> En <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/2021\/08\/congratulations-to-all-our-successful-candidates-for-irap-women-in-engineering-training-grants\/\">Grant voor vrouwen in de techniek<\/a> Plannen om vorig jaar training te volgen in de iRAP-methodologie.<\/p>\n<p>234 leveranciers uit 44 landen zijn nu iRAP-geaccrediteerd.
