De resultaten zullen als basis dienen voor gerichte investeringen in verkeersveiligheid, waaronder veiligheidsmaatregelen voor motorrijders.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc49 De belangrijkste conclusies van de studie zijn:<br \/><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\ud83d\udd39<\/strong><strong> Bij 45% van alle verkeersongevallen met dodelijke slachtoffers en ernstig gewonden was ten minste \u00e9\u00e9n motorfiets of bromfiets betrokken.<br \/><\/strong><strong>\ud83d\udd39<\/strong><strong> Het aantal ernstige en dodelijke ongevallen is met 14,11% gestegen.<br \/><\/strong><strong>\ud83d\udd39<\/strong><strong> Barcelona en Girona hebben hun kilometers verhoogd met \u201choog\u201d en \u201czeer hoog\u201d risico.<br \/><\/strong><strong>\ud83d\udd39<\/strong><strong> Op het door iRAP geanalyseerde traject 21% hebben zich de afgelopen drie jaar geen dodelijke of ernstige ongevallen voorgedaan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/movilidad.racc.es\/\">RACC<\/a> heeft de 23e editie van de risicokaart van het Catalaanse wegennet gepresenteerd, opgesteld volgens de internationale iRAP-methodologie, die opnieuw verkeersongevallen analyseert. In Cataloni\u00eb gebeurt het onderzoek met medewerking van de Catalaanse verkeersdienst, het ministerie van Territorium, Huisvesting en Ecologische Transitie van de Generalitat de Catalunya en de provinciale raad van Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>De iRAP-methodologie vergelijkt het aantal ernstige en fatale ongevallen dat in de afgelopen 3 jaar is geregistreerd op een weggedeelte met het verkeersvolume (gemeten in termen van gemiddelde dagelijkse verkeersintensiteit, ADI).<\/p>\n<p>Het iRAP-onderzoek (voorheen EuroRAP) wordt sinds 2002 elk jaar in Cataloni\u00eb gepubliceerd en analyseert meer dan 6.300 km aan interlokale wegen die eigendom zijn van het ministerie, de Generalitat en de provinciale besturen, waar 93% van het verkeer in het gebied plaatsvindt en waar 78% van de ongevallen met ernstig letsel en dodelijke afloop zich voordoet.<\/p>\n<p>De conclusies van de studie omvatten het volgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In de periode 2021-2023 is het aantal ernstige en dodelijke ongevallen met 14,11% gestegen. De totale verkeersintensiteit is met 8,01% toegenomen. Het risico is met 5,71% gestegen op het gehele netwerk dat door iRAP is geanalyseerd.<\/li>\n<li>De kilometers met een \u201choog\u201d en \u201czeer hoog\u201d risico vertegenwoordigen 24% van het netwerk, net als in de voorgaande drie jaar. Barcelona en Girona zagen hun aantal kilometers met een \u201choog\u201d en \u201czeer hoog\u201d risico toenemen, van respectievelijk 25% naar 27% en van 23% naar 27%. Aan de andere kant hebben Lleida en Tarragona deze afgenomen, van respectievelijk 28% naar 27% en van 21% naar 11%.<\/li>\n<li>Conventionele wegen (met slechts \u00e9\u00e9n rijstrook per richting) zijn goed voor alle trajecten met een \u201czeer hoog\u201d en \u201choog\u201d risico, en bijna alle trajecten met een \u201cmatig\u201d risico. Aan de andere kant zijn op autostrade's (autosnelwegen en ringwegen) vrijwel alle trajecten van een \u201claag\u201d of \u201czeer laag\u201d risico.<\/li>\n<li>Het risico op een ernstig of dodelijk ongeval op een gewone weg is bijna vier keer hoger dan op een autosnelweg.<\/li>\n<li>De weg BP-1417 (L\u2019Arrabassada) is opnieuw het traject met de hoogste risico-index in Cataloni\u00eb, vanwege het grote aantal motorongelukken. Bij 100% van de ongevallen met dodelijke afloop of ernstig letsel is minstens \u00e9\u00e9n motorfiets betrokken.<\/li>\n<li>Dit jaar zijn 676 km risicovrij. Op 211 km van het door iRAP geanalyseerde wegennet hebben zich de afgelopen drie jaar dus geen dodelijke of ernstige ongevallen voorgedaan.<\/li>\n<li>Het traject met het hoogste aantal ernstige ongevallen per kilometer (zonder rekening te houden met de verkeersintensiteit) ligt, net als in het vorige onderzoek, op de A-2 tussen het knooppunt met de AP-2 en het knooppunt met de B-20, B-10 en C-32. Op de tien trajecten met het hoogste aantal ongevallen is een zeer groot aantal ongevallen met motorfietsen en bromfietsen te zien (75%).<\/li>\n<li>Tijdens de in dit onderzoek geanalyseerde periode van drie jaar was bij 451% van alle verkeersongevallen met dodelijke afloop of ernstig letsel ten minste \u00e9\u00e9n motorfiets of bromfiets betrokken (351% in het geval van ongevallen met dodelijke afloop). Hierbij moet worden opgemerkt dat dit type voertuig slechts 2,41% van het totale wegverkeer vertegenwoordigt.<\/li>\n<li>Binnen het iRAP-netwerk concentreren 501 TP3T van de ernstige en dodelijke motorongelukken zich op 14,11 TP3T van de totale netwerklengte (897 km).<\/li>\n<li>Het traject met de hoogste concentratie aan ongevallen met zware voertuigen ligt op de A-2, tussen het knooppunt met de AP-2 en het knooppunt met de B-20, B-10 en C-32. 501 TP3T van de ernstige ongevallen met zware voertuigen concentreren zich op slechts 13,21 TP3T van het wegennet (842 km).<\/li>\n<li>Het traject met de hoogste concentratie fietsongelukken is op de BV-5001, tussen Martorelles en Vilanova del Vall\u00e8s, een traject dat ook in de top 10 van gevaarlijkste trajecten voorkomt met een \u201czeer hoge\u201d risico-index.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sinds 2002 inspecteert de RACC een groot deel van de wegen in Cataloni\u00eb en Spanje met deze methodologie, evenals die in andere landen in Europa, Azi\u00eb en Latijns-Amerika (onder andere Frankrijk, Itali\u00eb, India, Brazili\u00eb, Peru, Costa Rica, Chili en Argentini\u00eb), met als doel bij te dragen aan de verbetering van de veiligheid van wegennetten op internationaal niveau.<\/p>\n<p>Origineel artikel van RACC <a href=\"https:\/\/movilidad.racc.es\/irap-2024-resultados-del-mapa-de-riesgo-de-la-red-vial-catalana\/\">https:\/\/movilidad.racc.es\/irap-2024-resultados-del-mapa-de-riesgo-de-la-red-vial-catalana\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Persbericht downloaden <a href=\"https:\/\/movilidad.racc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/NP_iRAP-Catalunya-2024_ESP.pdf\">Persbericht.
