De ELABORATOR Project<\/a> heeft een Co-creatie handboek gelanceerd, ontworpen om hun Living Labs en mede-Europese steden te begeleiden bij het implementeren van inclusieve, duurzame en betaalbare mobiliteitsoplossingen.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Het ELABORATOR-werkpakket (WP) 2 team heeft de tool uitgebracht om Living Labs te ondersteunen bij het co-cre\u00ebren van hun voorgestelde stedelijke mobiliteitsinterventies met belanghebbenden.<\/div>\n
Het handboek, dat steden praktische stappen biedt om belanghebbenden te betrekken \u2014 waaronder lokale burgers zoals fietsers, voetgangers, ouderen en mensen met een handicap \u2014 bij het vormgeven van stedelijke mobiliteit die zowel klimaatdoelstellingen als sociale rechtvaardigheid aanpakt.<\/div>\n

De Co-creatie <\/span>playbook biedt een uitgebreid raamwerk, verdeeld in vier belangrijke fasen:<\/div>\n

  1. Bereid je voor;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Mede defini\u00ebren;<\/li>\n
  3. Mede cre\u00ebren;<\/li>\n
  4. Mee-evalueren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Elke fase omvat tools en methoden om burgers, beleidsmakers en belanghebbenden uit de private sector te betrekken bij een werkelijk participatieve aanpak. Het handboek legt ook de nadruk op kwalitatieve gegevensverzameling door middel van gemeenschapsgericht onderzoek en burgerwetenschap, met als doel diverse perspectieven te verzamelen om ervoor te zorgen dat definitieve oplossingen inclusief en lokaal relevant zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Een belangrijk doel van het handboek is het bevorderen van gezamenlijk ontwerp en planning voor stedelijke mobiliteitssystemen die duurzame vervoerswijzen prioriteren boven traditionele, auto-gecentreerde modellen.<\/strong> Deze aanpak sluit aan bij de Green Deal van de EU en de Agenda 2030, die het belang benadrukken van ecologische duurzaamheid en gelijkheid bij de planning van infrastructuur. <\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cHet doel van het handboek is om de ELABORATOR-steden praktische richtlijnen te bieden, zodat zij inclusiever kunnen werken met participatie- en co-creatieprocessen bij het ontwikkelen van hun mobiliteitsinterventies. We hopen de steden te inspireren om op nieuwe manieren na te denken over het ontwerpen van de stedelijke ruimte en om een breed scala aan belanghebbenden te betrekken, met specifieke aandacht voor kwetsbare weggebruikers. Werken met co-creatie en participatie bevordert niet alleen het welzijn van de gemeenschap door oplossingen te cre\u00ebren die aansluiten bij de mensen die in het gebied wonen en werken, maar kan ook helpen een noodzakelijke verschuiving naar duurzamere transportsystemen te bewerkstelligen.     ELABORATOR moedigt hun Living Labs en daarbuiten aan om deze richtlijnen niet alleen te gebruiken om mobiliteit te verbeteren, maar ook om stedelijke ruimtes te transformeren tot veiligere, leefbaardere omgevingen. Bovendien zijn steden, door co-creatieve methoden toe te passen, beter in staat om de behoeften van ondervertegenwoordigde groepen aan te pakken en eerlijke toegang tot transportinfrastructuur te bevorderen.<\/span><\/p>\n
