{"id":5158,"date":"2024-11-26T13:50:04","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T02:50:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/stakeholders-review-local-road-design-standards-for-safer-and-more-inclusive-roads-in-central-asia\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T14:53:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T04:53:25","slug":"stakeholders-review-local-road-design-standards-for-safer-and-more-inclusive-roads-in-central-asia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/stakeholders-review-local-road-design-standards-for-safer-and-more-inclusive-roads-in-central-asia\/","title":{"rendered":"Belanghebbenden beoordelen plaatselijke wegonstandaarden voor veiligere en inclusievere wegen in Centraal-Azi\u00eb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Op 14 november 2024 kwamen vertegenwoordigers van het Ministerie van Transport en andere belanghebbenden uit Kirgizi\u00eb, Tadzjikistan en Oezbekistan bijeen in Tasjkent als onderdeel van de\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gtkp.com\/themepage\/road-safety\/safe-and-inclusive-road-designs-in-central-asia\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">samenwerking tussen UNESCAP, iRAP, EASST en de International Road Federation (IRF)<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0om plaatselijke wegendesignnormen te beoordelen en te verbeteren voor veiligere en inclusievere wegen in heel Centraal-Azi\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Als onderdeel van het door UNRSF gefinancierde project, het dagvullende seminar, dat werd georganiseerd door de<\/span>\u00a0<span data-contrast=\"auto\">De National Autosport and Karting Federation of Uzbekistan (NAFKU) en geleid door de plaatsvervangend minister van Transport van Oezbekistan, was een gelegenheid voor projectpartners om de resultaten van hun onderzoek naar de nationale (GOST-SNiP) ontwerpnormen te presenteren. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Het bood ook een\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">belangrijk platform voor belanghebbenden om zinvolle discussies te voeren, expertise te delen en feedback te geven op de manier waarop de voorgestelde richtlijnen en updates passen binnen bestaande nationale normen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Een belangrijk discussiepunt was hoe het integreren van verkeersveiligheid als een kernelement in ontwerpeisen gedurende de gehele levenscyclus van een wegenbouwproject kan bijdragen aan verbeterde toegankelijkheid en inclusiviteit, het bevorderen van duurzame steden en koolstofarme transportoplossingen, evenals goede gezondheid en welzijn. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Emma MacLennan van EASST en Albin Tharakan van iRAP gaven een inleidende achtergrond over Safe Road Design met voorbeelden van internationale best practices, terwijl Albin ook een demonstratie gaf van de <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/star-rating-for-designs\/\">iRAP Sterrenclassificatie ook voor ontwerpen<\/a>l.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In een reactie op zijn ervaring zei de heer Nikolay Svirchevskiy, hoofd van het Kirgizische Wegtransportproject onder het Ministerie van Transport, het volgende: \u201c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De uitwisseling van ervaringen tussen specialisten op het seminar cre\u00eberde een sfeer van samenwerking en wederzijdse hulp. De deelnemers uit Oezbekistan, Tadzjikistan, Kirgizi\u00eb en internationale organisaties kregen allemaal de ruimte om kwesties te bespreken en hun mening en suggesties te uiten om het ontwerp van de weginfrastructuur in onze landen veiliger te maken.
