Deze nominaties worden beoordeeld op basis van de volgende criteria: leiderschap, relevantie, tijdschema, impact, innovatie, samenwerking, duurzaamheid en overdraagbaarheid.<\/p>\n<p>De winnaar van de prijs wordt bekendgemaakt tijdens de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roadsafetymorocco.com\/\">4e wereldwijde ministeri\u00eble conferentie over verkeersveiligheid<\/a> Het evenement vindt plaats van 17 tot en met 20 februari in Marrakech, Marokko.<\/p>\n<p>De prestigieuze en permanente iRAP-trofee is een eerbetoon aan de levenslange bijdrage aan de publieke sector en het transport van Gary Liddle AO, voormalig voorzitter van de raad van bestuur van iRAP, die in 2023 overleed.<\/p>\n<p>De prijs werd vorig jaar voor het eerst uitgereikt tijdens het XXVIe PIARC Wereldcongres voor Wegen in Praag en ging naar het Braziliaanse Nationale Departement voor Transportinfrastructuur (DNIT), samen met drie andere finalisten: het Departement van Transport en Hoofdwegen van Queensland (TMR), de Metropolitane Administratie van Bangkok (BMA) en Croatian Roads Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Rob McInerney, CEO van iRAP, zei: &quot;Wegbeheerders over de hele wereld maken een levensreddende impact in hun gemeenschappen door middel van gemobiliseerde investeringen in veiligheid vanuit de publieke en private sector, gebaseerd op iRAP-beoordelingen en beleidsleiderschap met een score van 3 sterren of hoger.
