Het doel is om het aantal ongevallen te verminderen en de veiligheid specifiek voor fietsers en andere gebruikers van lichte mobiliteit te verbeteren door risicovolle locaties te identificeren zonder dat daarvoor ongevalsgegevens nodig zijn. CycleRAP zal de basis vormen voor softwaretools die worden gebruikt om de locaties waar fietsongevallen en ongevallen met lichte mobiliteit waarschijnlijk zijn, in kaart te brengen. Het model gebruikt gegevens over de kenmerken van een weg, straat of pad om het risico op ongevallen voor fietsers en gebruikers van lichte mobiliteit te evalueren \u2013 ongeacht het type infrastructuur (of het nu op de weg of off-road is) en voor alle soorten ongevallen. Het kan overal ter wereld worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>Leer meer over de problemen die CycleRAP kan helpen oplossen, voor wie het geschikt is en nog veel meer interessante dingen over deze nieuwe methode tijdens ons volgende lunchseminar.
