It is bringing together the inter-disciplinary power of traffic simulation, road safety assessment, human behaviour, mode shift and induced demand modelling, as well as new and emerging mobility data\u00a0into a harmonised, prospective assessment framework for road safety.<\/p>\n<p>PHOEBE zal beleidsmakers, transportplanners en verkeersanalisten voorzien van technische specificaties en data-optimalisatiestromen, waarbij verkeersveiligheid op een doorslaggevende manier als prestatie-indicator wordt opgenomen in verkeersmodellen die aansluiten bij de mondiale doelstellingen van de VN. Door de modellen en methoden van iRAP en Aimsun te combineren en gebruik te maken van de netwerken van belanghebbenden zoals POLIS en EuroRAP\/EIRA, de technologische en big data-expertise van The Floow, Factual Consulting en OSeven, en de expertise op het gebied van menselijk gedrag, modal shift, beleid en sociaaleconomische analyse van de universitaire partners (NTU Athene, TU Delft, TU M\u00fcnchen en UP Valencia), is het consortium ervan overtuigd dat PHOEBE de verwachte resultaten zal opleveren en zal bijdragen aan &quot;veilige, naadloze, slimme, inclusieve, veerkrachtige en duurzame mobiliteitssystemen voor mensen en goederen&quot; en levens zal redden.<\/p>\n<p>Het PHOEBE-project wordt gefinancierd door Horizon Europe onder subsidieovereenkomst nr. 101076963.
