{"id":4035,"date":"2023-08-21T03:34:30","date_gmt":"2023-08-20T17:34:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/georgias-10-year-infrastructure-strategy-includes-irap\/"},"modified":"2023-08-21T03:34:30","modified_gmt":"2023-08-20T17:34:30","slug":"georgias-10-year-infrastructure-strategy-includes-irap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/georgias-10-year-infrastructure-strategy-includes-irap\/","title":{"rendered":"Georgi\u00eb&#039;s tienjarige infrastructuurstrategie omvat iRAP."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Er zijn veel maatregelen genomen om de wegen in Georgi\u00eb veiliger te maken, waaronder de <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.irap.org\/CRM\/Europe_and_Russia\/Georgia\/2022-25_Georgia_National_Road_Safety_Strategy.pdf?_ga=2.140203763.1953497863.1692051017-263816062.1690758704\">Nationale verkeersveiligheidsstrategie 2022-2025 <\/a>Dit omvat een actieplan waarin elk jaar tot 2025 iRAP-projecten worden gedefinieerd.<\/p>\n<p>De driejarige nationale strategie voor verkeersveiligheid beveelt aan om systematisch risicokaarten en sterrenclassificaties van wegen op te stellen, als effectieve instrumenten om de kwaliteit van de verkeersveiligheid en de bijbehorende investeringen te beoordelen.<\/p>\n<p>Het werkplan van de strategie voor 2022 omvatte de iRAP-evaluatie van een weggedeelte van 200 km. Deze evaluatie wordt momenteel uitgevoerd in de regio Shida Kartli door de Georgische wegenautoriteit, en de resultaten worden tegen het einde van het jaar verwacht.<\/p>\n<p>Vergelijkbare evaluaties volgen in 2024 en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>De heer Giorgi Taktakishvili, verkeersveiligheidsingenieur bij het Georgische ministerie van Wegen en leider van het RAP-programma van het land, zei: &quot;Na de implementatie van iRAP in Georgi\u00eb doen het ministerie van Wegen en het iRAP-team hun uiterste best. We hebben met eigen middelen al meer dan 600 km aan iRAP-projecten afgerond en we gaan hiermee door. We hebben een plan opgesteld voor de komende jaren, dat ook is opgenomen in het actieplan van de strategie 2022-2025. Vijf professionals zijn iRAP-geaccrediteerd om iRAP-specificatiediensten te leveren volgens de consistente wereldwijde standaard.<\/p>\n<p>De huidige nationale strategie bouwt voort op <a href=\"https:\/\/unece.org\/DAM\/trans\/doc\/2018\/UNDA\/Georgia_s_National_Road_Safety_Strategy_2016.pdf\">De verkeersveiligheidsstrategie van Georgi\u00eb voor de periode 2016-2020<\/a> Dit vereiste ook basisbeoordelingen en gerichte verbeteringen op basis van de iRAP-sterrenclassificatie en vastgestelde investeringsplannen. Een resultaatindicator was het behaalde percentage landelijke wegen met een iRAP-classificatie van 4 sterren. Ook werden evaluaties van de verkeersveiligheidstechniek en snelheidsbeheersingspraktijken van het Safe System aanbevolen.<\/p>\n<p>Samar Abouraad, specialist Veiliger Reizen voor Europa bij iRAP, zei: &quot;Ik feliciteer Georgi\u00eb met zijn langetermijnstrategie voor de veiligheid van de weginfrastructuur, waarin de beoordelingen van iRAP en op bewijs gebaseerde strategische investeringen al meer dan tien jaar centraal staan.
