{"id":3868,"date":"2023-05-04T00:49:40","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T14:49:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/enhancements-coming-to-the-star-rating-for-schools-model-all-the-information-you-need-to-know\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:40:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:40:18","slug":"enhancements-coming-to-the-star-rating-for-schools-model-all-the-information-you-need-to-know","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/enhancements-coming-to-the-star-rating-for-schools-model-all-the-information-you-need-to-know\/","title":{"rendered":"Verbeteringen aan het schoolbeoordelingsmodel - alle informatie die u moet weten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SR4S (Star Rating for Schools) is door partners in 63 landen gebruikt om de risico&#039;s te beoordelen waaraan kinderen tijdens hun schoolreis worden blootgesteld. iRAP werkt momenteel aan een update van het SR4S-model, onder begeleiding van...\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/about-us\/structure-and-governance\/\">iRAP Wereldwijd Technisch Comit\u00e9<\/a>om ervoor te zorgen dat SR4S aansluit bij de nieuwste onderzoeksresultaten, bevindingen en ervaringen van partners wereldwijd die de tool gebruiken. SR4S maakt gebruik van het voetgangersmodel van iRAP om de veiligheid van de wegeninfrastructuur te beoordelen, en de update van het SR4S-model maakt deel uit van een bredere herziening van de iRAP-modellen die tegen het einde van 2023 zal worden doorgevoerd.<\/p>\n<p>De update van het SR4S-model sluit aan bij de principes van het Safe System, die voorschrijven dat de maximumsnelheid van voertuigen niet hoger mag zijn dan 30 km\/u op plaatsen waar voertuigen en voetgangers zich mengen. Bij de evaluatie is rekening gehouden met deze principes en de feedback van partners die het SR4S-model gebruiken om meer dan 1.000 scholen te beoordelen. Er zijn diverse verbeteringen voorgesteld voor de beoordeelde wegkenmerken en de bijbehorende risicofactoren. Snelheden worden nu geregistreerd in stappen van 5 km\/u, en er zijn verkeersstroomstappen van 1.000 voertuigen per rijstrook tot 20.000 voertuigen per rijstrook ge\u00efntroduceerd. Risicofactoren voor trottoirs, verharde bermen, aantal rijstroken, rijstrookbreedte, toegangspunten tot percelen, voetgangersoversteekplaatsen, kwaliteit van voetgangersoversteekplaatsen, kruispunttype, middenbermtype, voertuigstromen, verkeersvolume op kruispunten en voetgangersgeleiding zijn ge\u00efntroduceerd of herzien.<\/p>\n<p>In de praktijk zullen de resultaten van het model strenger zijn en kan het behalen van een 3-sterren of hogere beoordeling voor een locatie een combinatie van meer veiligheidselementen en lagere snelheden vereisen in vergelijking met de vorige versie van het model. De gebruikerservaring met het daadwerkelijke dataverzamelingsproces en het gebruik van de SR4S-tools blijft echter grotendeels hetzelfde. De verbeteringen omvatten ook de introductie van decimale sterrenbeoordelingen, waarmee gebruikers veiligheidsverbeteringen binnen dezelfde sterrencategorie kunnen zien. Deze functie biedt gedetailleerdere informatie over de veiligheidsbeoordeling van een locatie, wat betere besluitvorming mogelijk maakt.<\/p>\n<p>Rafaela Machado, programmaco\u00f6rdinator van Star Rating for Schools Global, is zeer verheugd over de nieuwe verbeteringen: &quot;Het SR4S-programma is ontwikkeld in overleg met een fantastisch netwerk van leidende partners. Hun input heeft de SR4S-tools vormgegeven en we zijn dan ook blij om deze verbetering van het model aan te kondigen. Deze update weerspiegelt de ervaring van partners die SR4S hebben gebruikt om meer dan 1000 scholen te beoordelen en zal er, samen met de nieuwe SR4S- en YEA-apps, voor zorgen dat partners toegang blijven houden tot op bewijs gebaseerde tools ter ondersteuning van hun schoolveiligheidsprogramma&#039;s.&quot;\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat je nu moet weten...<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>We zullen de verbeteringen in juni doorvoeren. We zullen u dichter bij de implementatiedatum en -tijd hierover informeren, met een aankondigingstermijn van minimaal 3 weken. We willen ervoor zorgen dat u voldoende tijd heeft om uw projecten te plannen en op de hoogte bent van de implementatiedatum van het nieuwe model.<\/li>\n<li>Na de implementatie van de modelupdate worden alle nieuwe beoordelingen die in het SR4S-platform worden aangemaakt, automatisch gegenereerd met behulp van het nieuwe model. Eerdere gegevens in het SR4S-systeem worden niet automatisch opnieuw verwerkt met het nieuwe model, maar gebruikers kunnen deze desgewenst wel bijwerken.
