{"id":3376,"date":"2022-08-03T21:24:01","date_gmt":"2022-08-03T11:24:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/16-new-accredited-suppliers-hit-the-road-in-tanzania\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:39:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:39:58","slug":"16-new-accredited-suppliers-hit-the-road-in-tanzania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/16-new-accredited-suppliers-hit-the-road-in-tanzania\/","title":{"rendered":"Zestien nieuwe geaccrediteerde professionals gaan aan de slag in Tanzania."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ramadhani Msangi onderneemt iRAP-accreditatieactiviteiten (bron afbeelding: R Msangi)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zestien nieuwe iRAP-geaccrediteerde professionals in Tanzania zorgen ervoor dat TanRAP goed gepositioneerd is om risicovolle wegen in het land te elimineren en de activiteiten van het driejarige tienstappenproject, dat momenteel loopt, te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<p>Het Tienstappenproject bouwt belangrijke capaciteit op voor verkeersveiligheid en heeft sinds de start in 2021 539 mensen opgeleid.<\/p>\n<p>Een aantal van deze bedrijven werkt aan het behalen van de iRAP-accreditatie om diensten te kunnen leveren volgens de iRAP-specificaties voor codering, onderzoek, analyse en rapportage, en om te voldoen aan de wereldwijd uniforme standaard die is afgestemd op... <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2018\/04\/targets-3-4-what-they-mean-for-safer-roads-globally\/\">VN-doelstellingen 3 en 4<\/a> en de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/teams\/social-determinants-of-health\/safety-and-mobility\/decade-of-action-for-road-safety-2021-2030\">Wereldwijd plan voor het decennium van actie voor verkeersveiligheid 2021-2030<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zestien ingenieurs en verkeersveiligheidsdeskundigen van de Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), de Tanzania Rural and Urban Road Agency (TARURA), Road Safety Ambassadors Tanzania, de Tanzania Road Association (TARA), SMEC International, APEX Engineering, Afrisa Consulting, UWP Consulting, G-PES Ltd en het Ministerie van Openbare Werken en Transport (MoWT) hebben tot nu toe hun accreditatie behaald. Drie anderen zijn in opleiding.<\/p>\n<p>Na het behalen van de iRAP-accreditatie zei Ramadhani Msangi: &quot;Ik voel me bevoorrecht deel uit te maken van de eerste groep mensen in Tanzania met iRAP-kennis om onze wegen veiliger te maken.&quot;\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ramadhani is journalist en ambassadeur voor verkeersveiligheid. Hij benadrukt de aantrekkingskracht van de iRAP-accreditatie, niet alleen voor ingenieurs, maar ook voor een bredere groep voorstanders die op zoek zijn naar geverifieerde, op bewijs gebaseerde kennis om de verkeersveiligheid te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>AfricaRAP-leider Racheal Nganwa zei: &quot;Ik ben erg trots op de groeiende familie van leveranciers in Tanzania. De groep heeft hard gewerkt en met veel enthousiasme de trainingen en opdrachten voltooid om de accreditatie te behalen. De toewijding en passie van deze groep, en alle partners van het Ten Step Project, om levens te redden en ernstig letsel te voorkomen in Tanzania is inspirerend.&quot;\u201c<\/p>\n<p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gtkp.com\/themepage.php&amp;themepgid=501\">Tienstappenplan voor Tanzania<\/a>, Dit project, gezamenlijk gefinancierd door het United Nations Road Safety Fund (UNRSF), het Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (UKAID) en de Global Road Safety Facility van de Wereldbank (GRSF), brengt de Tanzaniaanse overheid (via het Ministerie van Openbare Werken en Transport), TANROADS en TARURA, samen met de Economische Commissie van de Verenigde Naties voor Afrika (UNECA), de International Road Federation (IRF), de World Road Association (PIARC), iRAP, TARA, het National Institute of Transport (NIT), Road Safety Ambassadors Tanzania, onderzoeksinstellingen, ngo&#039;s en belanghebbenden uit het bedrijfsleven. Het project heeft als doel risicovolle wegen in Tanzania te elimineren en is de eerste toepassing van het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gtkp.com\/download.php?documentid=3743\">Tienstappenplan<\/a> in de wereld.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de capaciteitsopbouwactiviteiten van het Tienstappenproject hebben drie Tanzaniaanse ingenieurs in 2021 geprofiteerd van het programma van iRAP. <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2021\/09\/congratulations-to-the-60-successful-recipients-for-iraps-training-and-accreditation-grants\/\">Subsidie voor lage- en middeninkomenslanden in Afrika<\/a> En <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2021\/08\/congratulations-to-all-our-successful-candidates-for-irap-women-in-engineering-training-grants\/\">Subsidie voor vrouwen in de techniek<\/a> Plannen om vorig jaar een training in de iRAP-methodologie te volgen.<\/p>\n<p>234 leveranciers uit 44 landen zijn nu iRAP-geaccrediteerd.
