{"id":3243,"date":"2022-05-31T12:30:01","date_gmt":"2022-05-31T02:30:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/cyclerap-launches-globally\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:39:54","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:39:54","slug":"cyclerap-launches-globally","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/cyclerap-launches-globally\/","title":{"rendered":"CycleRAP wordt wereldwijd gelanceerd op Velo-City."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Na succesvolle proefprojecten in Europa en vier jaar onderzoek en ontwikkeling in overleg met internationale fiets- en veiligheidsexperts, <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/cyclerap\/\">CycleRAP<\/a> zal volgende maand gelanceerd worden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.velo-city2022.com\/en\/\">Velo-city Conferentie<\/a> op 14 juni in Ljubljana, Sloveni\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>CycleRAP is een eenvoudige, betaalbare en snelle methode om de veiligheid van weg- en fietsinfrastructuur te beoordelen. Het doel is om het aantal ongevallen te verminderen en de veiligheid te verbeteren, met name voor fietsers en andere gebruikers van lichte mobiliteitshulpmiddelen, door risicovolle locaties te identificeren zonder dat daarvoor ongevalsgegevens nodig zijn.<\/p>\n<p>CycleRAP kan overal ter wereld worden gebruikt en zal de basis vormen voor softwaretools die worden gebruikt om de locaties van ongevallen met fietsers en lichte mobiliteitsvoertuigen te lokaliseren en in kaart te brengen.<\/p>\n<p>Het model gebruikt gegevens over de kenmerken van een weg, straat of pad om het risico op ongevallen voor fietsers en gebruikers van lichte mobiliteitshulpmiddelen te evalueren, ongeacht het type voorziening (of het nu op de weg of off-road is) en voor alle soorten ongevallen.<\/p>\n<p>De tool is bedoeld voor gebruik door vervoersautoriteiten en organisaties die zich bezighouden met het cre\u00ebren van veiligere voorzieningen voor fietsers en gebruikers van andere lichte mobiliteitsvoertuigen, of het pleiten voor dergelijke voorzieningen.<\/p>\n<p>Het CycleRAP-model en de bijbehorende data zullen waardevol zijn voor een breed scala aan belanghebbenden, waaronder transport- en stedenbouwkundigen, aanbieders van deelfietsen en micromobiliteitsdiensten, fietskoeriers- en maaltijdbezorgbedrijven en schoolgemeenschappen.<\/p>\n<p>Mogelijke toepassingen zijn onder andere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het aanpakken van expliciete of algemene veiligheidsproblemen voor fietsers en gebruikers van lichte mobiliteitshulpmiddelen.<\/li>\n<li>Het evalueren van de capaciteit van het bestaande netwerk om te voldoen aan de snel toenemende vraag of de toename van nieuwe voertuigtypen.<\/li>\n<li>Geef prioriteit aan financiering en investeringen in fiets- en lichte mobiliteitsinfrastructuur.<\/li>\n<li>Help steden bij het formaliseren van snelle responsmaatregelen voor fietsers tijdens COVID-19.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De lancering van CycleRAP vindt plaats tijdens Velo-city 2022 op het Freewheel Stage op 14 juni. De conferentie wordt fysiek gehouden en de lancering is toegankelijk voor geregistreerde deelnemers. Specifieke registratie voor de lancering is niet vereist.<\/p>\n<p>CycleRAP wordt gelanceerd in combinatie met een tentoonstelling van de recente pilottoepassing in het EIRA-EuroRAP-programma. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.interreg-danube.eu\/sabrina\">SABRINA-project<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Het SABRINA-project, dat wordt uitgevoerd in het kader van het transnationale Donauprogramma (Interreg Donau) en medegefinancierd wordt door de Europese Unie (ERDF, ENI), heeft als doel de veiligheidsproblemen van de fietsinfrastructuur aan te pakken op bestaande, geplande en ontbrekende fietsroutes in negen landen van de Donau-regio. Het 2,5-jarige project heeft 2.500 km aan langeafstandsfietsroutes volgens de EuroVelo-standaard beoordeeld, een instrument voor deze beoordeling ontwikkeld en de implementatiemogelijkheden in kaart gebracht bij de wegbeheerders.<\/p>\n<p>Het SABRINA-project, de activiteiten en de resultaten ervan zullen ook worden gepresenteerd op de stand in het tentoonstellingsgebied van de Velo-city-conferentie.<\/p>\n<p>Om je aan te melden voor de Velo-city Conference, ga naar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.velo-city2022.com\/\">https:\/\/www.velo-city2022.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Velo-city is het jaarlijkse vlaggenschipevenement van de Europese Fietsersfederatie.
