{"id":3031,"date":"2022-01-11T07:21:35","date_gmt":"2022-01-10T20:21:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/itf-report-the-future-of-motorway-safety-in-korea\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:39:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:39:48","slug":"itf-report-the-future-of-motorway-safety-in-korea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/itf-report-the-future-of-motorway-safety-in-korea\/","title":{"rendered":"ITF-rapport: De toekomst van de veiligheid op snelwegen in Korea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Na overleg met 40 Koreaanse verkeersveiligheidsexperts en -organisaties, en een beoordeling van de beste praktijken in 10 landen, heeft het International Transport Forum (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itf-oecd.org\/\">ITF<\/a>) heeft een nieuw rapport uitgebracht om de veiligheid op snelwegen in Korea te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Het rapport, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itf-oecd.org\/sites\/default\/files\/docs\/motorway-safety-korea.pdf\">Veiligheid op de autosnelweg in Korea: Leren van internationale best practices voor een actieplan tot 2030<\/a>, onderzoekt internationale best practices op het gebied van autosnelwegveiligheid in Australi\u00eb, Canada, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Itali\u00eb, Japan, Korea, Nederland, Zweden, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en de Verenigde Staten om te bepalen welke het meest geschikt zouden kunnen zijn om de autosnelwegen van Korea veiliger te maken.<\/p>\n<p>De impact van motorwegongevallen wordt onderzocht, samen met het huidige wegveiligheidsbeheer voor veilige weggebruikers, voertuigen, wegbewerkingen en reactie na een ongeval.<\/p>\n<p>Aanbevelingen worden gegeven voor belangrijke lokale partners, waaronder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.molit.go.kr\/english\">MOLIT<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kotsa.or.kr\/eng\/main.do\">KOTSA<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/english.koti.re.kr\/\">HUIS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.koroad.or.kr\/en_web\/index.do\">KoROAD<\/a> en de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.police.go.kr\/eng\/main.do\">Politiebureau <\/a>voor een actieplan naar 2030, rekening houdend met de verwachte adoptie van connected en geautomatiseerde voertuigen.<\/p>\n<p>Jaarlijks komen er meer dan 200 mensen om het leven bij ongevallen op snelwegen in Korea. Met 2,8 verkeersdoden per miljard voertuigkilometers hebben Koreaanse snelwegen een aanzienlijke ruimte voor verbetering ten opzichte van de veiligheidsprestaties die worden waargenomen in Duitsland, Japan, Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk, waar de sterftecijfers op het snelwegennet vari\u00ebren van 0,9 tot 1,7.<\/p>\n<p>De verkeersveiligheid op snelwegen in Korea is de afgelopen jaren gestaag verbeterd, maar de vooruitgang is sinds 2015 gestagneerd, wat aangeeft dat verdere verbetering mogelijk is.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Korea-pic.png\" alt=\"Korea pic\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Er zijn iRAP Sterbeoordelingsbeoordelingen uitgevoerd op 1.670 km.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens iRAP's<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vaccinesforroads.org\/irap-big-data-tool\/\"> Vaccins voor Wegen Grote Data Tool<\/a>, het doel om tegen 2030 voor alle weggebruikers een reisafstand van meer dan 751 miljard kilometer op wegen van 3 sterren of beter te realiseren, kan in het land jaarlijks 1.100 levens redden en een economisch voordeel van 1,122 biljoen dollar opleveren.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Korea-BCSR.png\" alt=\"Korea BCSR\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dit rapport maakt deel uit van de reeks Case-Specific Policy Analysis van ITF en werd gefinancierd door Korea Expressway Corporation (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ex.co.kr\/\">KEC<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>ITF is een intergouvernementele organisatie met 63 lidstaten.
