{"id":2923,"date":"2021-11-17T03:20:55","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T16:20:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:38:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:38:16","slug":"first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar\/","title":{"rendered":"Eerste geaccrediteerde inspectiesysteem voor LIDAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Anditi&#039;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roadviewer.market\/\">Roadviewer<\/a> Het is het 16e iRAP-geaccrediteerde inspectiesysteem en het eerste ter wereld waarmee gebruikers sterrenbeoordelingskenmerken kunnen coderen op basis van 3D mobiele LiDAR-gegevens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RoadViewer maakt gebruik van bestaande gegevens die TomTom verzamelt als onderdeel van het wereldwijde mobiele kaartprogramma (MoMa), waarmee jaarlijks zo&#039;n 3 miljoen kilometer aan nieuwe gegevens in meer dan 60 landen wordt verzameld.<\/p>\n<p>In plaats van fysieke teams te moeten sturen om weginspecties uit te voeren met handmatige gegevensverzameling via video, kan Anditi kant-en-klare MoMa-gegevens uit TomTom-archieven leveren. Dit bespaart op personeel, brandstof, uitstoot en risico&#039;s voor de gezondheid en veiligheid tijdens het reizen. De aanpak maakt het ook mogelijk om historische gegevens te analyseren ter ondersteuning van prestatieanalyses en voor- en na-onderzoeken naar de Star Rating met betrekking tot wegverbeteringen. De kosten voor data en codering blijven wel van toepassing.<\/p>\n<p>Het RoadViewer-webportaal maakt het eenvoudig om wegkenmerken te beoordelen en te coderen volgens de wereldwijde iRAP-standaard. RoadViewer maakt gebruik van continu opgenomen mobiele LiDAR-gegevens en 360-gradenbeelden die ongeveer elke 8 meter worden vastgelegd. Hiermee wordt voldaan aan de iRAP-vereisten voor segmentatie in intervallen van 100 meter en de codering van meer dan 50 wegveiligheidskenmerken, waaronder rijstrookbreedtes, bermbreedtes, hellingen, afstand tot bomen, vangrails en elektriciteitspalen.<\/p>\n<p>Naast het handmatig coderen van sterrenclassificatiekenmerken is het RoadViewer-systeem ontworpen om de toekomstige overgang van handmatige iRAP-codering op basis van video naar versnelde en intelligente AiRAP-geaccrediteerde sterrenclassificatiecodering te vergemakkelijken. Hierbij wordt gebruikgemaakt van mobiele LiDAR en 360-gradenbeelden, in combinatie met AI- en machine learning-technieken.<\/p>\n<p>Roadviewer en de MoMA-gegevens waartoe het toegang heeft, kunnen ook worden gebruikt bij het ontwikkelen van investeringsplannen voor veiligere wegen, evenals voor andere doeleinden zoals de automatische identificatie van weginfrastructuur, het uitvoeren van analyses van de draaicirkel voor zware voertuigen en het berekenen van de doorrijhoogte van bruggen voor voertuigen met een te grote hoogte.<\/p>\n<p>iRAP-geaccrediteerde leveranciers en inspectiesystemen zullen essentieel zijn om te voldoen aan de aanbevelingen van het onlangs gelanceerde rapport. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.who.int\/media\/docs\/default-source\/documents\/health-topics\/road-traffic-injuries\/global-plan-for-road-safety.pdf?sfvrsn=65cf34c8_27&amp;download=true\">Wereldwijd plan voor het decennium van actie voor verkeersveiligheid<\/a>.
