{"id":2923,"date":"2021-11-17T03:20:55","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T16:20:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:38:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:38:16","slug":"first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar\/","title":{"rendered":"Eerste geaccrediteerd inspectiesysteem voor LIDAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Anditi\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roadviewer.market\/\">Wegenviewer<\/a> is het 16e iRAP-gecertificeerde inspectiesysteem en het eerste ter wereld waarmee gebruikers Star Rating-kenmerken kunnen coderen op basis van mobiele 3D-LiDAR-gegevens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RoadViewer maakt gebruik van bestaande gegevens die door TomTom zijn vastgelegd als onderdeel van hun wereldwijde mobiele mapping (MoMa) programma, waarbij jaarlijks ongeveer 3 miljoen kilometer nieuwe gegevens wordt verzameld in meer dan 60 landen.<\/p>\n<p>In plaats van fysieke teams in te zetten voor weginspecties met handmatige gegevensverzameling via video, kan Anditi \u2018kant-en-klare\u2019 MoMa-gegevens uit TomTom-archieven leveren, waardoor menselijke middelen, brandstof, emissies en gezondheids- en veiligheidsrisico's bij reizen worden bespaard. De aanpak maakt het ook mogelijk om historische gegevens te onderzoeken die prestatie-tracking en 'voor en na'-sterbeoordelingsstudies met betrekking tot wegverbeteringen kunnen ondersteunen. Gegevens- en codeerkosten zijn nog steeds van toepassing.<\/p>\n<p>Het RoadViewer-webportaal maakt het eenvoudig om wegkenmerken te beoordelen en te coderen volgens de wereldwijde iRAP-normen. RoadViewer maakt gebruik van continu verzamelde mobiele LiDAR-gegevens en 360-gradenbeelden die ongeveer om de 8 meter worden vastgelegd, waarmee wordt voldaan aan de iRAP-vereisten voor segmentatie in intervallen van 100 meter en de codering van meer dan 50 verkeersveiligheidskenmerken, waaronder rijstrookbreedtes, bermbreedtes, hellingen, afstand tot bomen, vangrails en elektriciteitspalen.<\/p>\n<p>Naast het handmatig coderen van Star Rating-kenmerken is het RoadViewer-systeem ontworpen om de toekomstige overgang te vergemakkelijken van handmatige iRAP-codering op basis van videobeelden naar geaccrediteerde, versnelde en intelligente Star Rating-codering volgens de AiRAP-norm, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van mobiele LiDAR-technologie, 360-gradenbeelden en bijbehorende AI- en machine learning-technieken.<\/p>\n<p>Roadviewer en de MoMa-gegevens waartoe het toegang heeft, kunnen ook worden gebruikt bij het ontwikkelen van Safer Road Investment Plans, evenals voor andere doeleinden, zoals de automatische identificatie van wegbouwkundige elementen, het uitvoeren van \"swept-path\" analyses voor zware voertuigen en het berekenen van brugdoorvaarthoogtes voor te hoge voertuigen.<\/p>\n<p>iRAP-gecertificeerde leveranciers en inspectiesystemen zullen van cruciaal belang zijn om te voldoen aan de aanbevelingen van het onlangs gelanceerde <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.who.int\/media\/docs\/default-source\/documents\/health-topics\/road-traffic-injuries\/global-plan-for-road-safety.pdf?sfvrsn=65cf34c8_27&amp;download=true\">Wereldwijd plan voor het Decennium van Actie voor Verkeersveiligheid<\/a>.
