{"id":2719,"date":"2021-07-20T02:36:55","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T16:36:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/eurorap-news-first-star-rating-for-andorra\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:38:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:38:11","slug":"eurorap-news-first-star-rating-for-andorra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/eurorap-news-first-star-rating-for-andorra\/","title":{"rendered":"EuroRAP Nieuws: Eerste Ster Beoordeling voor Andorra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>de eerste van Andorra <a href=\"https:\/\/eurorap.org\/\">EuroRAP<\/a> De beoordeling van 80 km is aan de gang om het veiligheidsniveau van het wegennet te begrijpen en een investeringsplan voor veiligere wegen te identificeren om het aantal dodelijke slachtoffers en gewonden te verminderen.<\/p>\n<p>Andorra kent doorgaans een grote toestroom van toerisme en volgens de meest recente gegevens van de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie voor 2013 bedraagt het sterftecijfer als gevolg van verkeersongevallen in het land 7,6 per 100.000 inwoners, iets minder dan de helft van het wereldgemiddelde.<\/p>\n<p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/how-we-can-help\/?et_open_tab=et_pb_tab_0\">Sterbeoordeling<\/a> onderzoek van drie hoofdwegen (CG-1, CG-2 en CG-3) is voltooid, uitgevoerd door de <a href=\"https:\/\/movilidad.racc.es\/\">Mobiliteitsgebied<\/a> van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.racc.es\/\">RACC<\/a> Mobility Club (Reial Autom\u00f2bil Club de Catalunya) in samenwerking met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobilitat.ad\/\">Mobiliteit Regering van Andorra<\/a>, en bijgestaan door de <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/accreditation\/\">iRAP-gecertificeerd<\/a> leverancier <a href=\"http:\/\/www.factual-consulting.com\/\">Feitelijk Consult<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Er wordt nu op objectieve wijze gewerkt aan de verkeersveiligheid voor elk type weggebruiker \u2013 voertuiginzittenden, motorrijders, fietsers en voetgangers. Vijfsterrenwegen zijn het veiligst, terwijl \u00e9\u00e9nsterrenwegen het minst veilig zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Resultaten zullen de investeringen in de wegeninfrastructuur in het land informeren richting de <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/road_safety\/sites\/roadsafety\/files\/move-2019-01178-01-00-en-tra-00_3.pdf\">EU-beleidskader voor verkeersveiligheid 2021-2030<\/a> voor een doel van 50 procent reductie van doden en ernstige verwondingen in 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Andorra is deel van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro.who.int\/en\/about-us\/networks\/small-countries-initiative\">WHO Initiatief Kleine Landen<\/a> zodat landen in de WHO Europese Regio met een bevolking van minder dan 1 miljoen inwoners hun kennis kunnen delen over de implementatie van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro.who.int\/en\/publications\/abstracts\/health-2020-a-european-policy-framework-supporting-action-across-government-and-society-for-health-and-well-being\">Gezondheid 2020<\/a>. Gezondheid 2020 is een Europees beleidskader dat actie ondersteunt binnen de overheid en de samenleving voor het verbeteren van gezondheid en welzijn.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens de <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/media\/news\/2020-06-11-road-safety-statistics-2019_en\">Europese Commissie<\/a>, ... wordt geschat dat voor elk dodelijk slachtoffer nog eens vijf mensen ernstig letsel oplopen met ingrijpende gevolgen voor hun leven (ongeveer 120 000 mensen in 2019).
