{"id":2623,"date":"2021-05-31T00:10:26","date_gmt":"2021-05-30T14:10:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/vietnams-2030-strategy-targets-3-star-or-better\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:38:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:38:08","slug":"vietnams-2030-strategy-targets-3-star-or-better","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/vietnams-2030-strategy-targets-3-star-or-better\/","title":{"rendered":"Vietnam's 2030 Strategie richt zich op 3 sterren of beter"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>iRAP feliciteert de Vietnamese regering met de publicatie van hun <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.irap.org\/CRM\/Asia_Pacific\/Vietnam\/2021_Vietnam_National_Strategy_on_Road_Traffic_Safety_2021-2030.pdf\">Nationale Strategie Verkeersveiligheid 2021-2030<\/a> met 3-sterren of betere doelstellingen voor nieuwe en bestaande wegen, in lijn met de UN Global Road Safety Performance <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2018\/04\/targets-3-4-what-they-mean-for-safer-roads-globally\/\">Doelen 3 en 4<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Goedgekeurd door de premier, omvat de strategie dat 100% aan nieuw aangelegde nationale snelwegen en provinciale wegen van klasse III of hoger moet zijn en dat 75% van de totale lengte van het nationale snelwegennet 3 sterren of meer moet behalen volgens de normen van het wereldwijde programma voor verkeersveiligheidsbeoordeling van iRAP.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Met een visie tot 2045 streeft de Strategie ernaar om het aantal doden en gewonden door verkeersongevallen jaarlijks op een duurzame manier met 5-10 procent te verminderen.<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/20201216antoangtv_rubyen_full.jpg\" alt=\"20201216antoangtv_rubyen_full\" \/><\/p>\n<div>De iRAP-methodologie is voor alle landen gratis te gebruiken, met onze <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2020\/09\/are-you-developing-your-next-road-safety-action-plan\/\">Wereldwijde infrastructuur KPI's<\/a> het verstrekken van de beleidsroutekaart en aanbevolen meetinstrumenten om succes te meten. Overheden die hun strategie\u00ebn en actieplannen voor verkeersveiligheid vaststellen, kunnen ondersteunende informatie vinden <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2020\/09\/are-you-developing-your-next-road-safety-action-plan\/\">hier<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>In maart 2019, de Vietnamese regering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiafoundation.org\/blog\/2019\/march\/vietnam-makes-firm-2030-road-safety-commitments-at-round-the-world-roundtable-initiative\">de eerste te zijn die concrete toezeggingen deed<\/a> in actie kwamen om het SDG-doel voor verkeersveiligheid tegen 2030 te halen, tijdens een \u2018Round the World Roundtable\u2019 in Hanoi, bijgewoond door VN-speciale Gezant voor Verkeersveiligheid Jean Todt.
