Daarnaast biedt het een objectieve inschatting van de kans op een ongeval en de ernst ervan.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018 kwamen de VN-lidstaten, waaronder de Russische Federatie, overeen over\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/resources.irap.org\/General\/12_UN_Global_Road_Safety_Targets.pdf\">12 wereldwijde prestatiedoelen voor verkeersveiligheid<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tot de belangrijkste indicatoren voor 2030 behoren:,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2018\/04\/targets-3-4-what-they-mean-for-safer-roads-globally\/\">Doelen 3 en 4<\/a>\u00a0Het doel is dat alle nieuwe wegen worden aangelegd volgens de 3-sterrennorm of hoger voor alle weggebruikers, en dat meer dan 751 ton aan verkeer plaatsvindt op wegen die gelijkwaardig zijn aan de wereldwijde 3-sterrennorm of hoger voor alle weggebruikers.<\/p>\n<p>De aankondiging van deze doelstellingen, samen met het tweede VN-decennium van actie voor verkeersveiligheid 2021-2030, onderstreept het succes van deze methodologie in de wereldwijde praktijk. De training en implementatie van het IRAP-programma is een belangrijk element op het gebied van verkeersveiligheid in Rusland.<\/p>\n<p>Rob McInerney, CEO van iRAP, zei: &quot;Voor het eerst heeft een Russisch bedrijf de iRAP-accreditatie behaald en we zijn blij GLONASS BDD te mogen verwelkomen in het wereldwijde partner- en leveranciersnetwerk van iRAP. Ons internationale team werkt dagelijks aan het veiliger maken van de wegen en we zijn ervan overtuigd dat het Russische team hier ook een grote bijdrage aan zal leveren door alle iRAP-protocollen toe te passen.&quot;\u201c<\/p>\n<p>iRAP-programma&#039;s en -projecten zijn in meer dan 100 landen uitgevoerd. Meer dan 1.400.000 km aan wegen is in kaart gebracht op risico&#039;s en meer dan 1.000.000 km aan wegen is beoordeeld met sterren, inclusief bijbehorende investeringsplannen voor veiligere wegen.<\/p>\n<p>In Rusland is tot nu toe 1.250 km aan wegen beoordeeld met sterren en is er voor 1.000 tot 9.000 dollar aan infrastructuurinvesteringen veiliger gemaakt dankzij de iRAP-methodologie.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/nl\/rostec.ru\/news\/glonass-bdd-sovershenstvuet-metodologiyu-bezopasnosti-dorozhnogo-dvizheniya\/\">rostec.ru\/news\/glonass-bdd-sovershenstvuet-metodologiyu-bezopasnosti-dorozhnogo-dvizheniya\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Over GLONASS BDD:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/glonass-bdd.ru\/\">GLONASS BDD<\/a>\u00a0Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en implementeert intelligente transportsystemen met behulp van de GLONASS-infrastructuur. Hun doel is de verkeersveiligheid te verhogen en het aantal ongelukken en dodelijke slachtoffers op de Russische wegen te verminderen.\u00a0<em>GLONASS<\/em>\u00a0Het Global Navigation Satellite System (NAvigation Satellite System) is een ruimtegebaseerd satellietnavigatiesysteem dat functioneert als onderdeel van een radionavigatiesatellietendienst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Over de iRAP-accreditatie:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>iRAP-accreditatie draagt bij aan de garantie dat iRAP-beoordelingen wereldwijd op hetzelfde hoge kwaliteitsniveau worden uitgevoerd. Geaccrediteerde consultants kunnen deelnemen aan een markt van leveranciers die concurrerend kunnen bieden op diensten volgens de iRAP-specificaties.
