{"id":2444,"date":"2021-03-03T01:22:52","date_gmt":"2021-03-02T14:22:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/first-irap-training-completed-in-francophone-speaking-burkina-faso-and-niger\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:38:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:38:04","slug":"first-irap-training-completed-in-francophone-speaking-burkina-faso-and-niger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/first-irap-training-completed-in-francophone-speaking-burkina-faso-and-niger\/","title":{"rendered":"Eerste iRAP-training voltooid in Franstalig Burkina Faso en Niger"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>iRAP heeft, in samenwerking met de Wereldbank, onlangs de eerste online training gegeven aan verkeersveiligheidsingenieurs en besluitvormers op het gebied van infrastructuurveiligheid in Burkina Faso en Niger, Afrika.<\/p>\n<p>Het project is een primeur voor capaciteitsopbouw in Franstalige landen en heeft de ontwikkeling van <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2021\/03\/irap-star-rating-essentials-5-part-online-series-now-available-in-french\/\">Sterbeoordelings Essenti\u00eble Zaken<\/a> trainingsmateriaal in de nieuwe taal Frans.<\/p>\n<p>Wegongelukken kosten dagelijks het leven aan 30 mensen in Niger en 16 in Burkina Faso <strong>elke dag<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Met de focus op het Agentschap voor Verkeersveiligheid (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.onaser.bf\/\">ONASER<\/a>) in Burkina Faso en het ANISER (Agentschap voor Verkeersveiligheid) in Niger, maakte de iRAP-training deel uit van een breder verkeersveiligheidstrainingsprogramma dat werd gegeven door meerdere partners, waaronder de onafhankelijke verkeersveiligheidsexpert Mustapha Azzouzi en Craig Milligan van <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fireseedsnorth.ca\/\">Fireseeds Noord Infrastructuur<\/a> (FNI).<\/p>\n<p>Als gevolg van het project is de 5-delige online serie iRAP Star Rating Essentials <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2021\/03\/irap-star-rating-essentials-5-part-online-series-now-available-in-french\/\">nu beschikbaar<\/a> in het Frans zodat iedereen het in zijn eigen tempo kan doen.<\/p>\n<p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/en\/programs\/global-road-safety-facility\">Wereldbank<\/a> is sterk betrokken bij de vervoerssector in Burkina Faso \u2013 met inbegrip van projecten op het gebied van stedelijk vervoer, wegeninfrastructuur en handelsbevordering \u2013 met een portefeuille van ongeveer 1.420,5 miljoen USD aan IDA-financiering. De regering van Burkina Faso zet zich in voor de verbetering van de verkeersveiligheid in het land en in 2008 werd het nationale agentschap voor verkeersveiligheid (Office National de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Routi\u00e8re \u2013 ONASER) opgericht.<\/p>\n<p>In Niger implementeert de Bank een project voor plattelandsmobiliteit en -connectiviteit, dat tot doel heeft de toegang tot wegen van boerengemeenschappen tot productielocaties, markten en basale sociale diensten in geselecteerde gebieden van Dosso, Tahoua, Maradi en Zinder te verbeteren en te behouden.<\/p>\n<p>Dit project sluit aan bij de wens van de Wereldbank om de capaciteit van verkeersveiligheidsinstanties te ondersteunen om projecten voor te bereiden die gericht zijn op het verbeteren van de infrastructuurveiligheid.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens iRAP\u2019s Vaccines Big Data Tool (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vaccinesforroads.org\/irap-big-data-tool\/\">https:\/\/www.vaccinesforroads.org\/irap-big-data-tool\/<\/a>) de Business Case voor Veiliger Wegen voor beide landen is:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Business-Case_Niger.jpg\" alt=\"Business Case_Niger\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Business-Case_Burkina-Faso.jpg\" alt=\"Business Case_Burkina Faso\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Header afbeelding bron: Freeimages Silviadg-LAND<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>iRAP in partnership with the World Bank, has recently delivered first online training to road safety engineers and infrastructure safety decision makers in Burkina Faso and Niger, Africa.
