De impact van iRAP in meer dan 100 landen die door FIA Foundation worden ondersteund, is benadrukt in de Rapport over de bijdrage van de FIA Motorsport aan gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu<\/a> Vandaag uitgebracht.<\/p>\n

FIA-voorzitter Jean Todt zei: "Motorsport heeft altijd bijgedragen aan de vooruitgang van de maatschappij, met name op het gebied van technologie en innovatie om de gezondheid en veiligheid te verbeteren en ons milieu te beschermen. Vooruitgang op het circuit vindt zijn weg naar de openbare weg en helpt zo levens te redden en de planeet te beschermen.".<\/p>\n

Bij de FIA wilden we deze bijdrage bundelen en onder de aandacht brengen voor de toekomst. Daarom hebben we innovatieadviesbureau Futerra de opdracht gegeven om dit uitgebreide en unieke rapport te onderzoeken en te publiceren. Het rapport brengt zesentwintig innovaties in de autosport samen die een positieve impact hebben op gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu. De autosportgemeenschap heeft inderdaad veel meer waarde gecre\u00eberd dan algemeen bekend is.<\/p>\n

"We hopen ingenieurs, technici en visionairs over de hele wereld te inspireren om de technische grenzen te verleggen en de status quo nooit te accepteren," aldus de heer Todt.<\/p>\n
