Hij brengt een enorme passie en ervaring op het gebied van communicatie en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen mee naar de raad van bestuur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shane is verantwoordelijk voor het co\u00f6rdineren van de wereldwijde humanitaire rampenbestrijdingsinitiatieven van het bedrijf in samenwerking met diverse internationale hulporganisaties.<\/p>\n<p>Eerder faciliteerde hij de wereldwijde initiatieven van het bedrijf op het gebied van verkeersveiligheid in samenwerking met ngo&#039;s in meer dan 90 landen. In die hoedanigheid vertegenwoordigde hij FedEx in de wereldwijde samenwerking van de VN op het gebied van verkeersveiligheid.<\/p>\n<p>Hij breidde de FedEx-programma&#039;s voor de verkeersveiligheid van kinderen in het verkeer uit met Safe Kids Worldwide naar 10 landen, waarbij hij meer dan 20.000 teamleden betrok om meer dan 19 miljoen kinderen wereldwijd te bereiken met levensreddende boodschappen over verkeersveiligheid voor kinderen.
