{"id":2190,"date":"2020-09-10T02:04:56","date_gmt":"2020-09-09T16:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure\/"},"modified":"2026-05-05T16:58:51","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T06:58:51","slug":"unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure\/","title":{"rendered":"Samenvatting van het UNRSC-webinar: Het tienstappenplan voor een veiligere wegeninfrastructuur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Op 9 september, de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.ch\/\">Internationale Wegfederatie<\/a>\u00a0En\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/\">iRAP<\/a>\u00a0organiseerde een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/roadsafety\/en\/\">Samenwerkingsorganisatie van de Verenigde Naties inzake verkeersveiligheid (UNRSC)<\/a>\u00a0webinar over de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/roadsafety\/publications\/en\/\">Tienstappenplan voor een veiligere wegeninfrastructuur<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Het tienstappenplan is opgesteld door de partners van de UNRSC Safer Roads and Mobility Group om een duidelijk proces te bieden voor het opzetten van systemen, het versterken van de capaciteit en het cre\u00ebren van partnerschappen ter ondersteuning van de implementatie van het VN-Verdrag inzake het wegverkeer en de verkeersborden en -signalen, en het bereiken van de doelstellingen.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/violence_injury_prevention\/road_traffic\/12GlobalRoadSafetyTargets.pdf?ua=1\">VN-lidstaten hebben wereldwijde doelstellingen afgesproken<\/a>\u00a03 en 4 voor veiligere nieuwe en bestaande wegen.<\/p>\n<p>Het tienstappenplan is een belangrijk hulpmiddel ter ondersteuning van de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/74\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/99\/2020\/08\/Draft-Resolution-Road-Safety.pdf\">Tweede decennium van actie voor verkeersveiligheid (2021-2030)<\/a>\u00a0Het doel is om het aantal doden en gewonden tegen 2030 te halveren. Momenteel komen er jaarlijks meer dan 1,35 miljoen mensen om het leven en raken er wel 50 miljoen mensen gewond, waarvan 90 procent in ontwikkelingslanden.
