De doelstellingen omvatten onder meer het garanderen dat alle nieuwe wegen worden aangelegd volgens een standaard van 3 sterren of beter voor alle weggebruikers (Doel 3), en dat er tegen 2030 meer dan 751 ton aan verkeer plaatsvindt op wegen die gelijkwaardig zijn aan 3 sterren of beter voor alle weggebruikers (Doel 4).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Star Rating for Designs (SR4D) biedt een op bewijs gebaseerd, gestandaardiseerd proces voor het beoordelen van de veiligheid van wegontwerpen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Met SR4D kunt u:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beoordeel de veiligheid van ontwerpen voor alle soorten wegen in stedelijke en landelijke gebieden.<\/li>\n<li>Genereer veiligheidssterrenbeoordelingen voor alle soorten weggebruikers.<\/li>\n<li>Schat het aantal dodelijke slachtoffers en ernstig gewonden dat waarschijnlijk zal optreden bij deze ontwerpen.<\/li>\n<li>Stel investeringsplannen voor veiligheid en economische analyses op.<\/li>\n<li>Toon aan dat voldaan is aan VN-doelstelling 3 voor wereldwijde verkeersveiligheid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>iRAP adviseert een zesstappenplan voor organisaties die SR4D-capaciteit willen opbouwen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Word lid van een <strong>startvergadering, <\/strong>om belangrijke teamleden van iRAP te ontmoeten en te zien hoe SR4D is ontwikkeld en hoe het wordt gebruikt.<\/li>\n<li>Neem de<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2020\/07\/self-paced-training-irap-star-rating-essentials-5-part-video-series\/\"><strong> Star Rating Essentials (SRE) online cursus<\/strong><\/a> (5 modules van 1 uur plus opdrachten). De deelnemers leren over de iRAP-methodologie en hoe ze het iRAP-softwareplatform ViDA kunnen gebruiken.<\/li>\n<li>Neem de<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/2020\/07\/self-paced-training-iraps-star-rating-for-designs-4-part-video-series\/\"><strong> SR4D online cursus <\/strong><\/a>(4 modules van 1 uur plus opdrachten). Deelnemers leren hoe ze de SR4D-webapplicatie kunnen gebruiken om ontwerpen te beoordelen.<\/li>\n<li>Verkrijgen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/accreditation\/\">iRAP tussentijdse accreditatie<\/a>, <\/strong>Door de accreditatietoetsen te behalen, sluit u zich aan bij een gemeenschap van experts die wereldwijd activiteiten volgens de iRAP-specificatie op hetzelfde consistente hoge kwaliteitsniveau kunnen uitvoeren.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik<strong> SR4D in ontwerpprojecten. <\/strong>De belangrijkste medewerkers van iRAP bieden in deze fase technische ondersteuning op afstand, waaronder online technisch advies en workshops met casestudies.<\/li>\n<li>Verkrijg volledige <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/accreditation\/\">iRAP-accreditatie<\/a>, <\/strong>door aan te tonen dat een project succesvol is afgerond met behulp van sterrenbeoordelingen en investeringsplannen.
