Tijdens dit gesprek werd de kans onderzocht die de Olympische en Paralympische Spelen van Brisbane 2032 bieden om inclusievere, verbonden en duurzamere reiservaringen in de hele staat te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De rondetafelbijeenkomst, mede georganiseerd door The WattleNest en Integral, met de steun van Something Digital, bracht leidinggevenden uit de overheid, het bedrijfsleven, de technologiesector, de sportwereld en de gemeenschap samen om de kansen en uitdagingen van digitale toegankelijkheid te bespreken. Grote evenementen zoals de Olympische Spelen bieden een unieke kans om een stad en de manier waarop mensen zich verplaatsen te transformeren, door investeringen te optimaliseren en een blijvende erfenis te cre\u00ebren die lang na afloop van de Spelen voortduurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor miljoenen mensen zal hun ervaring met Brisbane 2032 digitaal zijn, voordat deze fysiek plaatsvindt. Ze zullen informatie opzoeken, tickets boeken, reizen plannen, accommodatie en locaties vinden, gebruikmaken van overheids- en maatschappelijke diensten, evenementen bezoeken, communiceren, deelnemen en hun ervaringen delen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Spelen bieden een unieke kans om deze ervaringen met elkaar te verbinden. Digitale informatie, transportsystemen, wegen, paden, oversteekplaatsen, openbare ruimtes en locaties werken samen om levendige, veilige en inclusieve gebieden en transportverbindingen te cre\u00ebren die mensen het vertrouwen, de keuzevrijheid en de onafhankelijkheid geven om deel te nemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;De realiteit is dat al onze reizen multimodaal zijn&quot;, aldus Rob McInerney. &quot;Van het moment dat we de deur uitlopen, naar het station rijden, een e-scooter pakken naar een locatie en na het evenement met Uber naar huis gaan. Als we het goed aanpakken en toegankelijkheid vanaf het begin in systemen inbouwen, zouden er geen &#039;trucjes&#039; nodig moeten zijn om ergens te komen. Geen situatie waarin iemand in een rolstoel na een probleemloze reis met de veerboot plotseling voor een trap komt te staan.&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;Voor iRAP betekent het cre\u00ebren van een inclusieve Games-ervaring dat de digitale en fysieke reis naadloos op elkaar aansluiten, met gepersonaliseerde, op behoeften afgestemde navigatie en een veilig, verbonden mobiliteitsecosysteem dat mensen centraal stelt, ongeacht of ze lopen, zich in een rolstoel verplaatsen, fietsen, gebruikmaken van het openbaar vervoer of een autonoom voertuig nemen,&quot; aldus Rob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De rondetafelbijeenkomst bevestigde dat zinvolle toegankelijkheid niet de verantwoordelijkheid is van \u00e9\u00e9n sector of organisatie. Het vereist samenwerking tussen overheid, bedrijfsleven, technologie, infrastructuur, sport en de gemeenschap \u2013 en, cruciaal, de stemmen en expertise van mensen met ervaringsdeskundigheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brisbane 2032 biedt Queensland een unieke kans om een groot wereldwijd evenement te gebruiken als katalysator voor iets veel groters: digitale en fysieke omgevingen die veiliger, toegankelijker, inclusiever en gebruiksvriendelijker zijn voor iedereen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ultieme maatstaf voor succes zal niet alleen zijn hoe toegankelijk de Spelen in 2032 zijn, maar vooral wat er in 2050 veranderd is doordat Queensland het goed heeft aangepakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;We zijn verheugd om samen te werken met de partners van Brisbane 2032,&quot; aldus Rob. &quot;Het is een van de vele grote evenementinitiatieven waarbij iRAP betrokken is, in samenwerking met partners over de hele wereld om vijfsterrenervaringen te cre\u00ebren.&quot; <strong>s<\/strong>Veilige, inclusieve, toegankelijke en duurzame reizen naar Olympische evenementen, het FIFA Wereldkampioenschap en de Formule 1 Grand Prix in Mexico, Brazili\u00eb, Itali\u00eb, Senegal, Spanje, Portugal en meer.
