{"id":80137,"date":"2025-06-10T02:33:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-10T01:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irap.org\/?p=80137"},"modified":"2025-06-10T02:33:00","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T01:33:00","slug":"camber-for-connected-and-adaptive-maintenance-for-safer-urban-and-secondary-roads-in-europe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/2025\/06\/camber-for-connected-and-adaptive-maintenance-for-safer-urban-and-secondary-roads-in-europe\/","title":{"rendered":"CAMBER : Pour une maintenance connect\u00e9e et adaptative pour des routes urbaines et secondaires plus s\u00fbres en Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet CAMBER, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l&#039;entretien des routes urbaines et secondaires \u00e0 travers l&#039;Europe, est en cours, men\u00e9 par un consortium de 14 partenaires de neuf pays, dont des instituts de recherche, des autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res et des experts du secteur.<\/p>\n<p>le <a href=\"https:\/\/camber-project.eu\/\">Projet de maintenance connect\u00e9e et adaptative pour des routes urbaines et secondaires plus s\u00fbres (\u00ab CAMBER \u00bb)<\/a> est une initiative triennale financ\u00e9e par l&#039;Union europ\u00e9enne. Elle vise \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis urgents en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et de gestion des infrastructures en int\u00e9grant des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 des solutions rentables, des interventions innovantes et des technologies num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet d\u00e9montrera ses approches \u00e0 travers des sites pilotes dans cinq pays europ\u00e9ens : le Portugal, la Gr\u00e8ce, les Pays-Bas, la Croatie et l\u2019Espagne.<\/p>\n<p>Le dense r\u00e9seau europ\u00e9en de routes urbaines et secondaires, essentiel pour relier les communaut\u00e9s, est responsable d&#039;une part importante des accidents mortels de la route. Ces routes sont souvent confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s telles que des normes de conception incoh\u00e9rentes, une surveillance limit\u00e9e et des besoins divers des usagers, notamment des groupes vuln\u00e9rables comme les cyclistes, les pi\u00e9tons et les deux-roues motoris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>CAMBER cherche \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes en fournissant aux gestionnaires de routes des outils et des m\u00e9thodes pour \u00e9valuer et am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re efficace et efficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet exploitera les donn\u00e9es issues de la t\u00e9l\u00e9matique, des capteurs des v\u00e9hicules, des smartphones et des retours des usagers de la route pour \u00e9laborer des \u00e9valuations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el. Ces informations aideront les gestionnaires routiers \u00e0 identifier les risques et \u00e0 prioriser les t\u00e2ches d&#039;entretien afin de cr\u00e9er des environnements routiers plus s\u00fbrs. Le projet cr\u00e9era des jumeaux num\u00e9riques des r\u00e9seaux routiers pour simuler les conditions et pr\u00e9voir les besoins d&#039;entretien. Ces mod\u00e8les fourniront aux gestionnaires routiers des informations exploitables, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de la planification de l&#039;entretien.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires du projet CAMBER se sont r\u00e9unis \u00e0 Zagreb du 3 au 4 juin pour une r\u00e9union de consortium r\u00e9ussie et productive de deux jours.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e aux mises \u00e0 jour techniques et m\u00e9thodologiques du Work Package 2, notamment les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, les d\u00e9fis identifi\u00e9s et la planification pour 2025. Les sessions du Work Package 3 ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de technologies de capteurs et l&#039;utilisation de v\u00e9hicules-sondes pour la collecte de donn\u00e9es. D&#039;autres discussions ont mis en lumi\u00e8re les avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de mod\u00e9lisation de jumeaux num\u00e9riques dans le cadre du Work Package 4, ainsi que les strat\u00e9gies d&#039;essais pilotes et d&#039;\u00e9valuation du Work Package 5. La journ\u00e9e s&#039;est conclue par une session sur les plans de communication et de diffusion du Work Package 6.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par une visite sur place avec les partenaires de CAMBER au National Access Point de Croatie, pour en savoir plus sur leur plate-forme de collecte et de partage de donn\u00e9es sur le trafic et les routes. Le pr\u00e9sentateur principal \u00e9tait Slavi\u0161a Babi\u0107, chef du d\u00e9partement de la circulation des routes croates.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l&#039;engagement commun du consortium \u00e0 faire progresser la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation de donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el et de solutions innovantes et rentables. Nous remercions tout particuli\u00e8rement l&#039;Institut europ\u00e9en d&#039;\u00e9valuation des routes (EIRA) et la Facult\u00e9 des sciences des transports et de la circulation de l&#039;Universit\u00e9 de Zagreb (FPZ) pour leur excellente organisation et leur accueil, ainsi que tous les partenaires pour leur engagement et leur collaboration actifs.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 rencontr\u00e9s en janvier pour le lancement du projet au Laboratoire national de g\u00e9nie civil (LNEC) de Lisbonne. Ils ont visit\u00e9 la ville de Cascais, l&#039;un des sites pilotes du projet, o\u00f9 ils ont d\u00e9couvert les initiatives locales en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9, ainsi que les d\u00e9fis et approches sp\u00e9cifiques de Cascais appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 ses r\u00e9seaux routiers et \u00e0 ses strat\u00e9gies de mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que CAMBER progresse, il promet d\u2019apporter des informations et des solutions pr\u00e9cieuses pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur la route et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des routes urbaines et secondaires dans toute l\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Men\u00e9es par ERTICO, les activit\u00e9s de communication, de diffusion et d&#039;exploitation du projet permettront de diffuser les r\u00e9sultats de CAMBER aupr\u00e8s d&#039;un large public, notamment les d\u00e9cideurs politiques, les gestionnaires de routes et les leaders du secteur.
