{"id":73497,"date":"2024-07-12T07:24:15","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T06:24:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irap.org\/?p=73497"},"modified":"2024-07-12T07:28:26","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T06:28:26","slug":"racq-risk-mapping-crucial-in-state-advocacy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/2024\/07\/racq-risk-mapping-crucial-in-state-advocacy\/","title":{"rendered":"La cartographie des risques RACQ est cruciale pour le plaidoyer de l\u2019\u00c9tat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.racq.com.au\/\">Royal Automobile Club du Queensland (RACQ)<\/a> en Australie, r\u00e9alise de mani\u00e8re proactive une cartographie annuelle des risques pour comprendre le risque d&#039;accident sur 21 500 km du r\u00e9seau routier r\u00e9gional \u00e0 grande vitesse de l&#039;\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont partag\u00e9s dans un centre de donn\u00e9es innovant qui cartographie les risques, les notes par \u00e9toiles et les accidents.<\/p>\n<p>Gregory Miszkowycz, directeur de l&#039;ing\u00e9nierie de la circulation et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du RACQ, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Le RACQ pr\u00e9conise des programmes d&#039;action de masse en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re qui r\u00e9duiront les d\u00e9c\u00e8s d&#039;au moins 50% et les blessures graves d&#039;au moins 30% dans le Queensland, d&#039;ici 2031.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;La cartographie annuelle des risques est une partie importante de notre travail pour comprendre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res de l&#039;\u00c9tat et suivre les am\u00e9liorations vitales&quot;, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Outre l&#039;identification des \u00ab\u00a0liens noirs\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&#039;accidents, o\u00f9 les traitements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re par action de masse pourraient \u00eatre les plus efficaces et les plus \u00e9conomiques pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer la plus grande r\u00e9duction des accidents mortels et des blessures graves (FSI), le suivi des performances des accidents au niveau du r\u00e9seau est \u00e9galement mesur\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 un ensemble de donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence 2014-2018, pour mieux comprendre comment le r\u00e9seau routier progresse vers l&#039;atteinte des objectifs de r\u00e9duction des accidents fix\u00e9s dans le cadre des strat\u00e9gies nationales et nationales de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re d&#039;ici 2030 et 2031, respectivement.<\/p>\n<p>Le RACQ soutient plus de 1,7 million de membres et depuis peu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.racq.com.au\/latest-news\/news\/2024\/06\/ns220624-bruce-hwy-takes-lead-in-racq-priority-poll\">a invit\u00e9 tous les Queenslanders<\/a> voter sur ce que le Club devrait prioriser dans son plaidoyer \u00e0 l&#039;approche des \u00e9lections nationales d&#039;octobre.<\/p>\n<p>Joshua Cooney, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats du RACQ, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Les habitants du Queensland classent l&#039;autoroute Bruce comme leur pr\u00e9occupation num\u00e9ro un dans la liste des 10 priorit\u00e9s principales du RACQ \u00e0 l&#039;approche des \u00e9lections.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La Bruce Highway est l&#039;\u00e9pine dorsale de l&#039;activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique du Queensland, mais pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (45,2%) n&#039;est not\u00e9e que 2 \u00e9toiles sur cinq pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res. Ayant d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment besoin de r\u00e9parations et de mises \u00e0 niveau, nous avons besoin que tous les partis politiques s\u2019engagent \u00e0 financer sur 10 ans l\u2019\u00c9tat et le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour inverser l\u2019approche fragmentaire de la r\u00e9alisation du projet de l\u2019autoroute Bruce.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab En moyenne, 29 personnes perdent la vie chaque ann\u00e9e sur le Bruce et plus de 360 personnes sont gri\u00e8vement bless\u00e9es lors d&#039;accidents. En outre, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des tron\u00e7ons de liaison de l&#039;autoroute Bruce (11 sur 23), totalisant 670 kilom\u00e8tres, sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme un \u00ab\u00a0lien noir\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&#039;accidents dans le cadre de notre analyse de cartographie des risques d&#039;accident AusRAP \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.
