Ces am\u00e9liorations sont essentielles pour relier les capitales des a\u00efmags de l'ouest de la Mongolie \u00e0 ses principaux corridors est-ouest qui la lient \u00e0 la R\u00e9publique populaire de Chine et \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kocks-ing.de\/en\/\">Kocks Consult GmbH<\/a> iRAP a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 d'\u00e9valuer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la conception propos\u00e9e pour la mise \u00e0 niveau routi\u00e8re d'une section de 140,8 km de la route Uliastai-Altai en utilisant la m\u00e9thodologie des \u00e9toiles iRAP.<\/p>\n<p>L'analyse s'appuie sur une \u00e9valuation de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la route existante r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2023, permettant une analyse de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avant et apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>L'int\u00e9gration des recommandations d'\u00e9valuation du iRAP dans la conception a montr\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations impressionnantes en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 accrue <\/strong>pour les occupants de v\u00e9hicules et les motocyclistes, gr\u00e2ce au pavage et \u00e0 l'\u00e9largissement des routes, \u00e0 la mise en place de glissi\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, \u00e0 une meilleure d\u00e9limitation avec des panneaux de signalisation avanc\u00e9e et des balises install\u00e9es aux courbes importantes, \u00e0 des conditions routi\u00e8res plus s\u00fbres et \u00e0 une gestion efficace de la vitesse dans les zones critiques.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>R\u00e9duction de 51,71 % du nombre pr\u00e9vu de blessures mortelles et graves (FSIs)<\/strong> \u2013 pr\u00e9venant environ 118 blessures graves et incapacitantes sur 20 ans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La note de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a augment\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement. <\/strong>Alors que la route actuelle est principalement class\u00e9e 1 \u00e0 2 \u00e9toiles (risque tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9), 100% de la longueur de projet de modernisation obtient une note de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 4 \u00e9toiles ou plus pour les occupants des v\u00e9hicules (dont 83% avec la note maximale de 5 \u00e9toiles). Pour les motocyclistes, 96% de la longueur du projet atteint une note de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 4 \u00e9toiles, 2,1% atteint une note de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 5 \u00e9toiles et 2,1% atteint une note de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 3 \u00e9toiles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9passe le minimum de 3 \u00e9toiles <\/strong>note de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 requise par la BAD et la cible de performance 3 du Programme mondial pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re des Nations Unies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>R\u00e9sultats de la notation par \u00e9toiles : Conception par rapport \u00e0 la route existante (Baseline).
