Il recommande le syst\u00e8me Star Rating for Schools comme approche m\u00e9thodologique pour collecter des donn\u00e9es techniques et \u00e9valuer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re dans les zones scolaires, combin\u00e9e aux perceptions de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Align\u00e9 sur le Plan national de r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9c\u00e8s et blessures caus\u00e9s par la circulation (PNATRANS), le Guide sur les zones scolaires en cours d'\u00e9laboration deviendra la ligne directrice nationale pour tous les projets d'infrastructure routi\u00e8re dans les environnements scolaires du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Le guide pratique comprend des actions recommand\u00e9es pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des jeunes voyageurs, le diagnostic des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, la consultation communautaire, les mesures d'ing\u00e9nierie, la gestion, le contr\u00f4le du trafic, ainsi que le suivi et l'entretien \u2013 int\u00e9grant les meilleures pratiques du Br\u00e9sil et de l'\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>L'utilisation de <a href=\"https:\/\/starratingforschools.org\/\">Syst\u00e8me de notation par \u00e9toiles pour les \u00e9coles (SR4S)<\/a> Il est recommand\u00e9 de mesurer, de g\u00e9rer et de communiquer les risques auxquels les enfants sont expos\u00e9s lors de leur trajet vers l'\u00e9cole. Le programme d\u2019\u00e9valuation routi\u00e8re BrazilRAP, g\u00e9r\u00e9 par le DNIT, a obtenu le label inov@BR d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re br\u00e9silien des Infrastructures. Les activit\u00e9s de BrazilRAP ont permis d&#x27;\u00e9valuer 132 277 km de routes et de projets, ainsi que 42 \u00e9coles, influen\u00e7ant ainsi la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 13 milliards de dollars d&#x27;investissements dans des infrastructures vitales \u00e0 travers le pays. Le Br\u00e9sil\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/dnit\/pt-br\">D\u00e9partement National des Infrastructures de Transport (DNIT)<\/a> a re\u00e7u le troph\u00e9e comm\u00e9moratif Gary Liddle de l'iRAP en 2023, remis \u00e0 l'organisme routier le plus performant au monde dans l'\u00e9limination des routes \u00e0 haut risque. En seulement 20 mois, le DNIT, soutenu par des partenaires locaux et l'iRAP, a class\u00e9 par \u00e9toiles le vaste r\u00e9seau national de 57 000 km, fournissant ainsi des donn\u00e9es essentielles pour identifier les tron\u00e7ons de route \u00e0 haut risque et \u00e9laborer des plans d'investissement pour des routes plus s\u00fbres pour chaque \u00c9tat, qui priorisaient des mesures d'ing\u00e9nierie rentables pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.
