{"id":6244,"date":"2026-02-26T03:51:53","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T16:51:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/frontiers-in-public-health-slow-zones-safe-zones-vietnam\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:11:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:11:38","slug":"frontiers-in-public-health-slow-zones-safe-zones-vietnam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/frontiers-in-public-health-slow-zones-safe-zones-vietnam\/","title":{"rendered":"Frontiers in Public Health : Zones lentes, zones s\u00fbres au Vietnam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Frontiers in Public Health<\/em> a publi\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats du projet \u2018 Slow Zones, Safe Zones \u2019 de la Fondation AIP au Vietnam, qui a permis de r\u00e9duire de 331 % le nombre d&#x27;accidents et d&#x27;am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la notation par \u00e9toiles des zones scolaires, qui atteint d\u00e9sormais 4 ou 5 \u00e9toiles, ce qui a eu un impact sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 17 millions d&#x27;enfants.<\/p>\n<p>La recherche intitul\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/journals\/public-health\/articles\/10.3389\/fpubh.2026.1721586\/full?utm_source=F-NTF&amp;utm_medium=EMLX&amp;utm_campaign=PRD_FEOPS_20170000_ARTICLE\"><em>Un mod\u00e8le \u00e9volutif pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re des enfants dans les pays \u00e0 revenu faible ou interm\u00e9diaire : preuves et le\u00e7ons de l'intervention \u2018 Zones lentes, zones s\u00fbres \u2019 au Vietnam <\/em><\/a>partage les r\u00e9sultats de l'intervention compl\u00e8te et pluriannuelle men\u00e9e dans la ville de Pleiku dans le but de r\u00e9duire les blessures et les d\u00e9c\u00e8s dus aux accidents de la route en rendant les zones scolaires plus s\u00fbres.<\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie multidimensionnelle a combin\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations de l'infrastructure, des campagnes d'\u00e9ducation et de sensibilisation du public, des r\u00e9ductions de la vitesse, des mesures coercitives et l'\u00e9laboration de politiques.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales am\u00e9liorations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 comprenaient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les \u00e9toiles iRAP pour les zones scolaires se sont consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, passant de 1 \u00e9toile \u00e0 des notes de 4 et 5 \u00e9toiles apr\u00e8s l'intervention ;<\/li>\n<li>Les vitesses moyennes des v\u00e9hicules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites jusqu&#x27;\u00e0 28,91 km\/h ;<\/li>\n<li>La proportion d&#x27;accidents impliquant des \u00e9l\u00e8ves survenus dans les zones scolaires a chut\u00e9 de 35,61 % au d\u00e9but de l&#x27;\u00e9tude \u00e0 2,91 % \u00e0 la fin du projet ;<\/li>\n<li>La connaissance des limites de vitesse par les parents a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9, passant de 15,61 % \u00e0 93,21 % (p &lt; 0,001) ; et<\/li>\n<li>Une d\u00e9cision juridique des autorit\u00e9s municipales d'adopter formellement une \u201c d\u00e9finition de zone scolaire s\u00e9curitaire \u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le projet initial faisait partie du Botnar Child Road Safety Challenge soutenu par la Fondation Botnar, le Global Road Safety Partnership et la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Internationale de l\u2019Automobile. Les phases ult\u00e9rieures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenues par la FIA Foundation et son Child Health Initiative.<\/p>\n<p>Il a employ\u00e9 une conception par phases, commen\u00e7ant par une \u00e9tude pilote quasi exp\u00e9rimentale (2018-2020) et s'\u00e9tendant \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9-post \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de la ville (2020-2022).<\/p>\n<p>Le fort engagement des autorit\u00e9s locales de Pleiku, des parties prenantes nationales telles que le Comit\u00e9 national de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et le minist\u00e8re de l'\u00c9ducation et de la Formation, ainsi que des organismes de financement que sont la Fondation Botnar et la FIA Foundation, des organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif et des secteurs priv\u00e9s, a form\u00e9 une puissante coalition pour le changement.<\/p>\n<p>L'efficacit\u00e9 du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'outils fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, notamment <a href=\"https:\/\/starratingforschools.org\/\">Syst\u00e8me de notation par \u00e9toiles pour les \u00e9coles (SR4S)<\/a> \u00e9valuations, enqu\u00eates sur la vitesse des v\u00e9hicules, et enqu\u00eates aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudiants sur les accidents et la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s efficace, d\u00e9montrant qu'une approche globale et fond\u00e9e sur des preuves peut att\u00e9nuer de mani\u00e8re significative les risques routiers pour les enfants dans le contexte d'un pays \u00e0 revenu faible ou interm\u00e9diaire.<\/p>\n<p>Son succ\u00e8s dans la traduction de donn\u00e9es locales en politiques officielles \u2013 un guide technique destin\u00e9 aux gouvernements locaux vietnamiens appel\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/aip-foundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Safe-School-Zones-Guide.pdf\">Guide des zones scolaires s\u00fbres au Vietnam<\/a> \u2013 fournit un cadre puissant et \u00e9volutif pour la r\u00e9forme nationale.<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le a un potentiel de r\u00e9plication significatif dans d'autres pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire, offrant une voie claire pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re des enfants et contribuer \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs mondiaux de l'Objectif de D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD) 3.6.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme a re\u00e7u un Prince Michael International Road Safety Award en 2020 en reconnaissance de son succ\u00e8s dans la protection des enfants lors de leurs trajets scolaires.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/journals\/public-health\/articles\/10.3389\/fpubh.2026.1721586\/full?utm_source=F-NTF&amp;utm_medium=EMLX&amp;utm_campaign=PRD_FEOPS_20170000_ARTICLE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger l'article de revue<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/aB3JoDlDYkg?si=0JmQD7A-co6n_YfU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voir la vid\u00e9o Vietnam Safe School Zones Guide<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Cr\u00e9dit photo : Fondation AIP<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Frontiers in Public Health has published the results of AIP Foundation&#8217;s &#8216;Slow Zones, Safe Zones&#8217; project in Vietnam which saw crashes plummet by 33% and school zone Star Ratings dramatically improved to 4- and 5-stars, impacting the safety of 17 million children.
