{"id":6160,"date":"2026-01-08T04:31:58","date_gmt":"2026-01-07T17:31:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/new-crash-risk-mapping-for-tunisia\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:10:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:10:38","slug":"new-crash-risk-mapping-for-tunisia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/new-crash-risk-mapping-for-tunisia\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouvelles cartographies des risques d'accidents pour la Tunisie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une nouvelle cartographie des risques a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour 14 800 km du r\u00e9seau routier tunisien afin d'\u00e9clairer la compr\u00e9hension des risques d'accidents et de justifier des investissements fond\u00e9s sur des preuves visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9c\u00e8s et les blessures graves sur la route.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la base des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de donn\u00e9es d'accidents (2021\u20132025), la carte de risque iRAP mise \u00e0 jour remplace la version pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour la p\u00e9riode 2015\u20132019.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/rap-tools\/crash-data\/crash-risk-mapping\/\">Cartes de risque d'accidents<\/a>\u00a0utiliser des donn\u00e9es d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les accidents pour saisir le risque combin\u00e9 d\u00e9coulant de l'interaction entre les usagers de la route, les v\u00e9hicules et l'environnement routier, et pour donner une indication de la performance globale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me routier.<\/p>\n<p>Les cartes offrent une vue d'ensemble et objective des lieux o\u00f9 se sont produits des accidents mortels et graves et o\u00f9 le risque d'accident grave est le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. L'utilisation de la m\u00e9thodologie mondiale de l'iRAP permet la comparaison et le suivi des performances dans le temps.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux indicateurs comprennent les taux d'accidents par kilom\u00e8tre\/mille et les taux d'accidents par kilom\u00e8tre\/mille parcourus, avec des versions plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es incluant l'usager de la route, le groupe d'\u00e2ge ou par rapport aux taux d'accidents moyens pour ce type de route.<\/p>\n<p>Le praticien agr\u00e9\u00e9 iRAP Ahmed Ksentini a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201c Les nouvelles bandes de risque sont d\u00e9finies \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une classification bas\u00e9e sur les quantiles, ce qui permet une priorisation plus claire des tron\u00e7ons de route les plus dangereux. \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cL'ensemble du processus est enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des outils d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par KSR et \u00e0 un SIG propri\u00e9taire. Les accidents sont extraits directement de la base de donn\u00e9es officielle (apr\u00e8s validation), trait\u00e9s et cartographi\u00e9s sans aucune intervention ext\u00e9rieure.
