{"id":6107,"date":"2025-12-16T22:57:38","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T11:57:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/catalan-risk-mapping-results-expose-critical-vulnerability-of-motorcyclists\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:09:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:09:52","slug":"catalan-risk-mapping-results-expose-critical-vulnerability-of-motorcyclists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/catalan-risk-mapping-results-expose-critical-vulnerability-of-motorcyclists\/","title":{"rendered":"Les r\u00e9sultats de la cartographie des risques en Catalogne r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 critique des motocyclistes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les motos sont impliqu\u00e9es dans pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des accidents mortels et graves qui surviennent en Catalogne, en Espagne \u2013 des informations r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es hier dans <a href=\"https:\/\/movilidad.racc.es\/\">Automobile Club Royal de Catalogne (RACC)<\/a> Pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats cartographiques annuels des risques selon la m\u00e9thodologie iRAP.<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">L'\u00e9tude est une initiative du <a href=\"https:\/\/web.gencat.cat\/en\/generalitat\/com-ens-organitzem\/departaments\/interior\/actualitat\/servei-catala-transit\">Service de trafic catalan<\/a> en collaboration avec <a href=\"https:\/\/web.gencat.cat\/en\/generalitat\/com-ens-organitzem\/departaments\/territori\">D\u00e9partement du Territoire, du Logement et de la Transition \u00c9cologique du Gouvernement de Catalogne<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diba.cat\/ca\/\">Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.<\/a><\/span> Depuis 24 ans, elle cartographie chaque ann\u00e9e les risques d&#x27;accident sur le r\u00e9seau routier, en assurant un suivi de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur plus de 6 300 km de routes o\u00f9 se concentrent 931 TP3T d&#x27;accidents de la circulation et 791 TP3T d&#x27;accidents graves et mortels.<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">L'objectif ultime est de fournir aux automobilistes <\/span><span dir=\"auto\">avec un guide des risques de la route qu'ils empruntent, leur permettant de choisir leur itin\u00e9raire et d'adapter leur conduite et leurs d\u00e9placements aux conditions de l'infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">La m\u00e9thodologie compare le nombre d'accidents graves et mortels survenus au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (2022 \u00e0 2024) sur une section de route avec le volume de trafic (en termes d'intensit\u00e9 moyenne quotidienne du trafic). Je<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">Il identifie \u00e9galement la concentration des accidents de moto et de cyclomoteur par kilom\u00e8tre, ainsi que ceux impliquant des v\u00e9hicules lourds et des bicyclettes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les principaux r\u00e9sultats partag\u00e9s lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse comprenaient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans 47% d&#x27;accidents ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 des d\u00e9c\u00e8s ou des blessures graves, au moins une moto ou un cyclomoteur \u00e9tait impliqu\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Dans les accidents mortels, les motos repr\u00e9sentaient 361 % du total.<\/li>\n<li>Le nombre d&#x27;accidents graves et mortels a augment\u00e9 de 4,971 %.<\/li>\n<li>261 % du r\u00e9seau routier pr\u00e9sente un risque \u201c \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201d ou \u201c tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201d d&#x27;accidents graves ou mortels, soit deux points de plus que lors de la p\u00e9riode triennale pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/li>\n<li>\u201c Tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201d, \u201c \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201d et \u201c moyen \u201d risque se concentre sur les chauss\u00e9es non s\u00e9par\u00e9es, avec un risque 3,4 fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des chauss\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>La route T-314, entre Cambrils et Reus, est le tron\u00e7on avec l'indice de dangerosit\u00e9 le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de Catalogne.<\/li>\n<li>La section qui enregistre la plus forte concentration d'accidents de v\u00e9lo est situ\u00e9e pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive sur la BV-5001, entre Martorelles et Vilanova del Vall\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>9.2% du r\u00e9seau analys\u00e9 n&#x27;a enregistr\u00e9 aucun accident mortel ou grave au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt soci\u00e9tal annuel des accidents sur l'ensemble du r\u00e9seau analys\u00e9 est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 696 millions d'euros.
