{"id":5720,"date":"2025-07-02T23:00:05","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T13:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:03:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:03:41","slug":"new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e9ation d&#039;un nouveau groupe d&#039;experts pour \u00e9clairer la gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des routes \u00e0 grande vitesse et de haute qualit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un nouveau groupe international d&#039;experts sur les routes \u00e0 grande vitesse et de haute qualit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins et aux recherches en constante \u00e9volution concernant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res modernes \u00e0 grande vitesse et pour assurer l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 continue de la m\u00e9thodologie iRAP pour l&#039;\u00e9valuation et l&#039;orientation de leur gestion.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le d\u00e9veloppement rapide \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle mondiale des voies rapides et des autoroutes de haut niveau, il est de plus en plus n\u00e9cessaire d&#039;adapter et d&#039;affiner les outils d&#039;\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re afin de refl\u00e9ter les caract\u00e9ristiques et les risques uniques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la circulation \u00e0 grande vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe Routes \u00e0 grande vitesse et de haute qualit\u00e9 (HS-HQ) r\u00e9unit les autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res nationales, les institutions universitaires et les partenaires mondiaux dans un forum collaboratif ax\u00e9 sur les ateliers et d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 cette mission.<\/p>\n<p>Une s\u00e9rie de sessions d&#039;experts, organis\u00e9es d&#039;avril \u00e0 septembre, explorera les th\u00e8mes cl\u00e9s relatifs \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re pour le Haut-Commissariat \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, en commen\u00e7ant par la m\u00e9thodologie iRAP. Les sujets abord\u00e9s incluent la vitesse et le risque d&#039;accident, la conception des infrastructures int\u00e9grant les syst\u00e8mes de transport intelligents (STI) et les donn\u00e9es des v\u00e9hicules connect\u00e9s, ainsi que les strat\u00e9gies de pr\u00e9vention des accidents, tant classiques qu&#039;\u00e9mergentes. Les sessions suivantes traiteront de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des poids lourds et des usagers vuln\u00e9rables de la route. L&#039;initiative se conclura par une synth\u00e8se des conclusions et la d\u00e9finition des prochaines \u00e9tapes.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe va :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Examiner l\u2019application de la m\u00e9thodologie iRAP sur les routes HS-HQ\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les domaines prioritaires n\u00e9cessitant des recherches et la collecte de donn\u00e9es probantes\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9laborer des recommandations \u00e0 l&#039;intention du Comit\u00e9 technique mondial (CTM) du iRAP afin d&#039;\u00e9clairer les mises \u00e0 jour m\u00e9thodologiques ; et<\/li>\n<li>Veillez \u00e0 ce que l&#039;\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la planification des interventions et le suivi des performances refl\u00e8tent les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles et les normes techniques de ces routes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/HSHQ-meeting-outline.png\" alt=\"HSHQ meeting outline\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Ce groupe repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e significative dans les efforts mondiaux en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 James Bradford, directeur technique mondial de iRAP. \u201c En nous concentrant sur les conditions et les opportunit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques aux routes \u00e0 grande vitesse et de haute qualit\u00e9, nous visons \u00e0 soutenir l&#039;\u00e9volution continue de la m\u00e9thodologie et des outils de iRAP, en nous appuyant sur les derni\u00e8res recherches, l&#039;exp\u00e9rience du secteur et les meilleures pratiques.
