Elle vise \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis urgents en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et de gestion des infrastructures en int\u00e9grant des informations de donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 des solutions rentables, des interventions innovantes et des technologies num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet d\u00e9montrera ses approches sur des sites pilotes dans cinq pays europ\u00e9ens : le Portugal, la Gr\u00e8ce, les Pays-Bas, la Croatie et l'Espagne.<\/p>\n<p>Le dense r\u00e9seau de routes urbaines et secondaires europ\u00e9ennes, qui joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la connexion des communaut\u00e9s, est le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d'une proportion importante de d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur la route. Ces routes sont souvent confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis tels que des normes de conception incoh\u00e9rentes, un contr\u00f4le limit\u00e9 et des besoins vari\u00e9s des usagers de la route, y compris les groupes vuln\u00e9rables tels que les cyclistes, les pi\u00e9tons et les deux-roues motoris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>CAMBER vise \u00e0 aborder ces probl\u00e8mes en fournissant aux gestionnaires de routes des outils et des m\u00e9thodes pour \u00e9valuer et am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 et l'efficience de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet utilisera des donn\u00e9es issues de la t\u00e9l\u00e9matique, des capteurs de v\u00e9hicules, des smartphones et des retours des usagers de la route pour d\u00e9velopper des \u00e9valuations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el. Ces informations aideront les gestionnaires de voirie \u00e0 identifier les risques et \u00e0 prioriser les t\u00e2ches de maintenance afin de cr\u00e9er des environnements routiers plus s\u00fbrs. Le projet cr\u00e9era des jumeaux num\u00e9riques des r\u00e9seaux routiers pour simuler les conditions et pr\u00e9dire les besoins de maintenance. Ces mod\u00e8les fourniront aux gestionnaires de voirie des informations exploitables, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l'efficacit\u00e9 de la planification de la maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires du projet CAMBER se sont r\u00e9unis \u00e0 Zagreb les 3 et 4 juin pour une r\u00e9union de consortium fructueuse et productive de deux jours.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e s'est concentr\u00e9e sur les mises \u00e0 jour techniques et m\u00e9thodologiques du lot de travail 2, incluant les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, les d\u00e9fis identifi\u00e9s et la planification pour 2025. Les sessions du lot de travail 3 ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les d\u00e9veloppements dans les technologies de capteurs et l'utilisation de v\u00e9hicules sondes pour la collecte de donn\u00e9es. Des discussions suppl\u00e9mentaires ont mis en \u00e9vidence les avanc\u00e9es dans la mod\u00e9lisation de jumeaux num\u00e9riques sous le lot de travail 4, ainsi que les strat\u00e9gies de tests pilotes et d'\u00e9valuation sous le lot de travail 5. La journ\u00e9e s'est termin\u00e9e par une session sur les plans de communication et de diffusion au sein du lot de travail 6.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me jour comprenait une visite sur site avec les partenaires de CAMBER au Point d'Acc\u00e8s National de Croatie, o\u00f9 nous avons d\u00e9couvert leur plateforme de collecte et de partage de donn\u00e9es sur le trafic et les routes. L'orateur principal \u00e9tait Slavi\u0161a Babi\u0107, chef du d\u00e9partement du trafic chez Croatian Roads.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l'engagement commun du consortium en faveur de l'am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'utilisation de donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el et de solutions innovantes et rentables. Un grand merci est adress\u00e9 \u00e0 l'Institut europ\u00e9en d'\u00e9valuation routi\u00e8re (EIRA) et \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 des sciences des transports et de la circulation de l'Universit\u00e9 de Zagreb (FPZ) pour leur excellente organisation et leur accueil, ainsi qu'\u00e0 tous les partenaires pour leur participation active et leur collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 rencontr\u00e9s en janvier pour le lancement du projet au Laboratoire National du G\u00e9nie Civil (LNEC) \u00e0 Lisbonne. Ils ont visit\u00e9 la ville de Cascais, l'un des sites pilotes du projet, o\u00f9 ils ont d\u00e9couvert les initiatives locales en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9, ainsi que les d\u00e9fis uniques de Cascais et les approches appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 ses r\u00e9seaux routiers et \u00e0 ses strat\u00e9gies de mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que CAMBER progresse, il promet d'apporter des perspectives et des solutions pr\u00e9cieuses pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur la route et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des routes urbaines et secondaires dans toute l'Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Pilot\u00e9es par ERTICO, les activit\u00e9s de communication, de diffusion et d'exploitation du projet garantiront que les conclusions de CAMBER atteignent un large public, y compris les d\u00e9cideurs politiques, les gestionnaires de routes et les chefs d'entreprise.
