Les \u00e9valuations routi\u00e8res men\u00e9es dans six r\u00e9gions montrent que la plupart d&#x27;entre elles manquent de trottoirs, de passages pi\u00e9tons et de vitesses de circulation s\u00fbres, moins de 11 % disposant de pistes cyclables et seulement 20 % respectant les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pi\u00e9tonnes de base. Malgr\u00e9 cela, seuls 15 % des pays dans le monde accordent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des usagers vuln\u00e9rables de la route dans leurs politiques nationales.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport Safer Active Travel: Addressing a Global Blind Spot vise \u00e0 combattre et \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re la \u2018 zone d'ombre \u2019 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re dans les politiques.<\/p>\n<p>Il appelle \u00e0 des actions politiques urgentes pour aborder les probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les usagers vuln\u00e9rables de la route par le biais de politiques publiques efficaces. Il pr\u00e9sente ces six mesures cl\u00e9s pour \u00e9liminer l\u2018\u2019 angle mort \u00bb et transformer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes lorsqu'elles marchent et font du v\u00e9lo ;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Permettre de signaler les probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la marche et du v\u00e9lo afin d'influencer les politiques et les investissements<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place et faire respecter des zones \u00e0 30 km\/h autour des \u00e9coles, des lieux de travail et des espaces publics.<\/li>\n<li>Connecter les politiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re pour le d\u00e9placement actif aux objectifs climatiques, d'\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de sant\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Fixer des objectifs clairs, des indicateurs et une norme commune de collecte de donn\u00e9es sur la marche et le v\u00e9lo en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Former les parties prenantes cl\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d'actions efficaces en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9 active<\/li>\n<li>S'engager \u00e0 l'action et \u00e0 l'investissement dans le cadre de la D\u00e9cennie d'action des Nations Unies pour les transports durables (2026-2035)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PATH dirige les gouvernements et autres parties prenantes \u00e0 utiliser des outils qui peuvent aider \u00e0 suivre les mesures pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme les <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/rap-tools\/\">Outils de gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures RAP<\/a> qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes du cycle de vie d'une route et peut aider \u00e0 l'\u00e9laboration de politiques d'am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re par le d\u00e9veloppement de l'infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le rapport ici : <a href=\"https:\/\/pathforwalkingcycling.com\/report\/\">pathforwalkingcycling.com\/rapport<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Partnership for Active Travel and Health (PATH), supported by FIA Foundation, launched a Safer Active Travel policy paper ahead of the 4th Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety.
