{"id":5288,"date":"2024-12-04T23:24:08","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T12:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/event-summary-rap-in-latin-america-and-the-caribbean-event-2024\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T14:56:19","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T04:56:19","slug":"event-summary-rap-in-latin-america-and-the-caribbean-event-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/event-summary-rap-in-latin-america-and-the-caribbean-event-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement : \u00c9v\u00e9nement RAP en Am\u00e9rique latine et dans les Cara\u00efbes 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avec le soutien de la Fondation Aleatica pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, une soixantaine de partenaires iRAP de neuf pays d'Am\u00e9rique latine et des Cara\u00efbes se sont r\u00e9unis du 27 au 28 novembre \u00e0 Mexico, ax\u00e9s sur le th\u00e8me \u201c Routes plus s\u00fbres pour l'Am\u00e9rique latine et les Cara\u00efbes : sauver des vies d'ici 2030 \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Des professionnels de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re des secteurs public et priv\u00e9, des banques multilat\u00e9rales, des clubs automobiles, des organisations de recherche et des ONG ont particip\u00e9 au dialogue interactif de haut niveau sur les d\u00e9fis et les perspectives de la r\u00e9gion pour atteindre les objectifs de la Seconde D\u00e9cennie d'action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2021-2030, ax\u00e9 sur le pilier des infrastructures s\u00fbres.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants et les organisations comprenaient Bosco Mart\u00ed (Pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation Aleatica), Marco Fr\u00edas (Directeur de l'Association Mexicaine des Concessions Routi\u00e8res), Juan Manuel Mares (Secr\u00e9tariat des Infrastructures, des Communications et des Transports du Mexique), Jos\u00e9 Segundo L\u00f3pez (Secr\u00e9tariat de la Mobilit\u00e9, Bogot\u00e1, Colombie), Ricardo Gaviria (projet Movernos Seguros), Eduardo Bohn (Fondation Thiago de Moraes), entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de deux jours, les progr\u00e8s et les projets de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re dans toute la r\u00e9gion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9s ; des \u00e9tudes de cas sur l'utilisation des outils iRAP ont \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9es du Mexique, de l'Uruguay, du Paraguay, du Chili et du Br\u00e9sil ; les meilleures pratiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 explor\u00e9es, ainsi que la gestion, la priorisation, la conception et le financement n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration des infrastructures routi\u00e8res s\u00fbres pour atteindre les objectifs de 2030.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/rap-tools\/\">Outils utiles<\/a>\u00a0et des approches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, y compris l'am\u00e9lioration\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/star-rating-for-designs\/\">Outil de notation par \u00e9toiles pour les designs<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/cyclerap\/\">CycleRAP<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/starratingforschools.org\/\">Notation par \u00e9toiles pour les \u00e9coles<\/a>, la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/starratingforschools.org\/youth-engagement-app\/\">Application d'engagement des jeunes (AEJ)<\/a>) et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/project\/ai-rap\/\">AiRAP<\/a>, soulignant leur r\u00f4le dans la s\u00e9curisation des routes dans les zones urbaines et rurales.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux intervenants ont partag\u00e9 leurs exp\u00e9riences dans l'utilisation des outils et m\u00e9thodologies iRAP et ont soulign\u00e9 leur immense utilit\u00e9 pour guider des investissements plus efficaces en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. Des pays comme le Chili, le Br\u00e9sil, la Colombie et l'Uruguay ont officiellement adopt\u00e9 ces outils et les utilisent pour \u00e9valuer en permanence la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs r\u00e9seaux routiers, de leurs environnements scolaires ou de leurs pistes cyclables.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce jour, dans 24 pays d&#x27;Am\u00e9rique latine et des Cara\u00efbes, plus de 276 000 kilom\u00e8tres de routes existantes et de projets (dont 405 \u00e9coles) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9s selon le syst\u00e8me Star Rating, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 orienter la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 13 milliards de dollars d&#x27;investissements dans les infrastructures routi\u00e8res. Les capacit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9es dans 24 pays gr\u00e2ce aux formations iRAP et plus de 50 professionnels sont d\u00e9sormais accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s iRAP.
