Les d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur la route sont estim\u00e9s \u00e0 1 753 milliards de dollars par an, suivis par les fractures des membres, qui co\u00fbtent 616 milliards de dollars, et les l\u00e9sions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales acquises graves, qui co\u00fbtent 414 milliards de dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Greg Smith, directeur des programmes internationaux chez iRAP, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201c Nous sommes d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 mi-parcours de la D\u00e9cennie d&#x27;action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2021-2030, dont l&#x27;objectif mondial est de r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s et de bless\u00e9s graves sur les routes d&#x27;ici 2030. \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlors que les pays se pr\u00e9parent au 4<span style=\"font-size: 11.6667px;\">le<\/span>\u00a0\u201d La Conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle mondiale sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re au Maroc l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, cet outil gratuit est une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence indispensable pour \u00e9clairer des actions fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes d'ici 2030 \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Smith.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au soutien de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiafoundation.org\/\">Fondation FIA<\/a> et de l\u2019Australie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tac.vic.gov.au\/\">Commission des accidents de transport (TAC)<\/a>, les derni\u00e8res additions \u00e0 Safety Insights Explorer incluent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimations actualis\u00e9es des d\u00e9c\u00e8s et des blessures se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant au Rapport de situation mondial sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (OMS) et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude de l'Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) sur le fardeau mondial des maladies.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9valuations par \u00e9toiles iRAP \u00e9largies et indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance (KPI) relatifs aux infrastructures, fond\u00e9s sur 100 000 km suppl\u00e9mentaires d&#x27;\u00e9valuations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par nos partenaires \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/li>\n<li>Filtres mis \u00e0 jour et nouveaux permettant, par exemple, de filtrer les estimations de d\u00e9c\u00e8s et de blessures par type d'usager de la route.<\/li>\n<li>Mises \u00e0 jour de l'analyse du Dossier d'Opportunit\u00e9 pour des Routes plus S\u00fbres pour chaque pays, incluant les co\u00fbts de tous les types de blessures et les estimations de l'investissement requis en pourcentage de l'investissement routier actuel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une caract\u00e9ristique cl\u00e9 de l'Explorateur d'Insights est qu'il fournit des estimations des co\u00fbts des d\u00e9c\u00e8s et des blessures par type de blessure, usager de la route, \u00e2ge et sexe. Cette analyse unique est rendue possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration technique avec le TAC, un assureur de traumatismes routiers sans \u00e9gard \u00e0 la faute en Victoria, en Australie. Smith.<\/p>\n<p>Les gouvernements, les banques de d\u00e9veloppement, les donateurs et le secteur priv\u00e9 ont chacun un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans la mobilisation des investissements durables n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9duire les traumatismes routiers, avec des avantages \u00e9conomiques et sociaux de grande port\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Nous savons que des routes plus s\u00fbres sauvent des vies \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. La m\u00e9thodologie de notation par \u00e9toiles de iRAP fournit une mesure objective du niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u2018 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u2019 \u00e0 la route pour les occupants des v\u00e9hicules, les motocyclistes, les cyclistes et les pi\u00e9tons.
