{"id":4843,"date":"2024-06-25T15:06:29","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T05:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/irap-standard-and-rga-control-centre-support-safety-of-pilgrims-journeying-to-mecca\/"},"modified":"2024-06-25T15:06:29","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T05:06:29","slug":"irap-standard-and-rga-control-centre-support-safety-of-pilgrims-journeying-to-mecca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/irap-standard-and-rga-control-centre-support-safety-of-pilgrims-journeying-to-mecca\/","title":{"rendered":"La norme iRAP et le centre de contr\u00f4le RGA assurent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des p\u00e8lerins se rendant \u00e0 La Mecque."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#039;Autorit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des routes (RGA) a commenc\u00e9 t\u00f4t \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer la saison du Hajj de cette ann\u00e9e en inspectant le r\u00e9seau routier menant aux mosqu\u00e9es saintes de La Mecque et de M\u00e9dine, et en veillant \u00e0 ce que le centre de contr\u00f4le surveille constamment le r\u00e9seau pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des p\u00e8lerins.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la saison du Hajj, le Centre de contr\u00f4le intensifie ses efforts dans la r\u00e9gion de M\u00e9dine et se concentre sur les travaux routiers afin de pr\u00e9parer l&#039;arriv\u00e9e des p\u00e8lerins.<\/p>\n<p>Ses efforts visent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la disponibilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau routier conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme iRAP 3 \u00e9toiles ou sup\u00e9rieure, et \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs strat\u00e9giques du secteur routier, notamment l&#039;obtention d&#039;un rang mondial \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans l&#039;indice de qualit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, la r\u00e9duction du nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur les routes \u00e0 moins de cinq cas pour 100\u00a0000 habitants et le maintien d&#039;excellents services et d&#039;une capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9seau maximale.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, elle a veill\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de qualit\u00e9 soient respect\u00e9es en grattant et en r\u00e9asphaltant certaines zones, en entretenant les accotements et en v\u00e9rifiant que les barri\u00e8res, les panneaux et les panneaux de signalisation \u00e9taient en bon \u00e9tat.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre de contr\u00f4le collabore avec le Centre national de m\u00e9t\u00e9orologie pour surveiller les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, supervise les d\u00e9viations de circulation et les travaux routiers, et rend compte des accidents.
