Pour une pr\u00e9sentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du projet, veuillez consulter\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimsun.com\/ai-blog\/road-safety-for-all-how-transport-simulation-can-help-predict-and-prevent-blackspots\/\"><em>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re pour tous\u00a0: comment la simulation des transports peut aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les points noirs \u2013 Aimsu<\/em>n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet article de suivi, nous vous informerons des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre de ce projet en mati\u00e8re de simulation et de pr\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires de PHOEBE ont travaill\u00e9 sur les principes fondamentaux de la mise en \u0153uvre des am\u00e9liorations promises en mati\u00e8re de mod\u00e9lisation et de simulation, en s&#039;appuyant sur trois piliers\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00c9laboration de nouveaux mod\u00e8les comportementaux<\/li>\n<li>Estimation du report modal lorsque de meilleures infrastructures sont disponibles pour un mode de transport donn\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Int\u00e9gration des m\u00e9thodologies d&#039;\u00e9valuation des risques de notre partenaire de projet, iRAP, dans la simulation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Examinons-les un par un.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9laboration de nouveaux mod\u00e8les comportementaux<\/strong><br \/>L&#039;universit\u00e9 de technologie de Delft, membre du consortium, pilote les travaux sur les mod\u00e8les comportementaux. Le potentiel de ces travaux en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est pratiquement illimit\u00e9\u00a0; par cons\u00e9quent, afin de circonscrire le champ d&#039;application, l&#039;attention se porte sur trois am\u00e9liorations comportementales critiques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exc\u00e8s de vitesse<\/li>\n<li>Traverser hors des passages pi\u00e9tons<\/li>\n<li>Infractions aux feux rouges pour les utilisateurs de micromobilit\u00e9 et les pi\u00e9tons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En mod\u00e9lisant ces comportements, nous esp\u00e9rons obtenir une \u00e9valuation des risques plus r\u00e9aliste, du moins en ce qui concerne les d\u00e9c\u00e8s et les blessures graves.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, les mod\u00e8les sont conceptualis\u00e9s et le travail de perfectionnement et d&#039;int\u00e9gration a commenc\u00e9 par l&#039;\u00e9laboration de l&#039;architecture logicielle n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 leur int\u00e9gration dans la plateforme de simulation Aimsun Next.<\/p>\n<p>De nouveaux ensembles de donn\u00e9es sont en cours de collecte et doivent \u00eatre analys\u00e9s avant que les mod\u00e8les puissent \u00eatre correctement affin\u00e9s et calibr\u00e9s, puis le processus de validation au sein de la plateforme de simulation aura lieu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9placement modal et demande induite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le report modal consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9volution de la demande induite par l&#039;am\u00e9lioration d&#039;un nouveau mode de transport. Ce travail, men\u00e9 par l&#039;Universit\u00e9 technique de Munich, pr\u00e9sente de nombreux aspects complexes\u00a0; nous commencerons donc par un exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Imaginons que vous ayez construit une nouvelle piste cyclable de qualit\u00e9, assurant une s\u00e9paration ad\u00e9quate des v\u00e9hicules et la priorit\u00e9 aux intersections. Celle-ci attirera probablement les usagers d&#039;autres modes de transport qui, auparavant, rechignaient \u00e0 faire du v\u00e9lo, le jugeant trop lent, trop dangereux ou peu attrayant par rapport \u00e0 la voiture. Naturellement, cette nouvelle piste cyclable incitera certaines personnes \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier le v\u00e9lo \u00e0 la voiture ou \u00e0 la marche. De plus, cette nouvelle infrastructure peut engendrer de nouveaux d\u00e9placements. Il est essentiel d&#039;en tenir compte dans la simulation, sans quoi les estimations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 seront inexactes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 entre les modes se produira entre n&#039;importe quelle paire de modes de transport, et il doit \u00eatre quantifi\u00e9 en fonction du nombre de personnes qui passent d&#039;un mode \u00e0 l&#039;autre.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci est important pour le projet PHOEBE car des chiffres pr\u00e9cis de voyageurs pour chaque mode de transport sont n\u00e9cessaires pour effectuer une estimation pr\u00e9cise des risques, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que chacun d&#039;eux pr\u00e9sente des risques diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, PHOEBE doit \u00e9valuer si une modification d&#039;infrastructure donn\u00e9e a un r\u00e9el impact positif sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Par exemple, ajouter des voies \u00e0 une rue pour r\u00e9duire les embouteillages est en principe une bonne chose, mais qu&#039;adviendra-t-il si ces voies suppl\u00e9mentaires augmentent le trafic et les risques aux passages pi\u00e9tons, car les pi\u00e9tons devront traverser davantage de voies\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Si l&#039;augmentation des co\u00fbts due au risque (et \u00e0 l&#039;accroissement des d\u00e9placements) d\u00e9passe les avantages, alors il ne s&#039;agit pas d&#039;un r\u00e9sultat positif pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et nous devons examiner d&#039;autres types d&#039;am\u00e9lioration des infrastructures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#039;\u00e9valuation des risques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour boucler la boucle, nous avons besoin de meilleures informations sur les risques (ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9) li\u00e9s aux infrastructures au sein de la plateforme de simulation.<\/p>\n<p>Nous pouvons calculer des indicateurs, comme le temps avant collision, pour \u00e9valuer dynamiquement le niveau de risque, mais les mod\u00e8les de simulation sont des mod\u00e8les dont les informations sur l&#039;infrastructure sont incompl\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cela, les \u00e9valuations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par iRAP seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 la plateforme de simulation Aimsun Next.<\/p>\n<p>Cela permettra non seulement de disposer d&#039;une plateforme unique pour visualiser toutes les donn\u00e9es, mais aussi d&#039;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les risques li\u00e9s aux infrastructures, qui seront mises \u00e0 jour dynamiquement, ce qui sera utile pour les deux composantes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes que nous avons d\u00e9crites.<\/p>\n<p>Ces donn\u00e9es seront ensuite mises \u00e0 jour avec celles issues des nouveaux mod\u00e8les comportementaux et du changement de mode.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le d&#039;Aimsun dans cette partie du projet est de coordonner avec les autres partenaires l&#039;int\u00e9gration de tous ces diff\u00e9rents composants dans le logiciel Aimsun et de s&#039;assurer de leur compatibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cela permettra au projet PHOEBE de disposer d&#039;un logiciel tout-en-un pour l&#039;ex\u00e9cution et l&#039;analyse.<\/p>\n<p>Pour plus d&#039;informations, les livrables et les mises \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8res du contenu du projet PHOEBE, <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebe-project.eu\/\">Cliquez ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/m9JKEGrUOSQ?feature=shared\">Regardez la vid\u00e9o<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Article and image credit: Marcel Sala, PhD Transportation Engineer, Aimsun\u00a0 Our PHOEBE Project partner Aimsun shares this update on project progress and how safety assessments are being addressed in Aimsun simulation solutions.
