Au fil de l'existence de l'organisation, les d\u00e9fis ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 tout en restant similaires. Au lieu de parler des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re qui ont surgi lorsque les premi\u00e8res voitures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9es \u00e0 cohabiter avec les cal\u00e8ches sur les routes, nous parlons aujourd'hui de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s\u00e9parateurs centraux et d'alcooltesteurs pour r\u00e9duire les accidents. En termes d'opinions, notre travail est pass\u00e9, par exemple, de la demande de routes pav\u00e9es \u00e0 celle, aujourd'hui, de travailler pour une meilleure infrastructure de recharge pour les voitures \u00e9lectriques. Fondamentalement, il s'agit toujours d'am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, les conditions pour les automobilistes et les routes.<\/p>\n<p>iRAP a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9 aux pages 20 \u00e0 21 du rapport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Impact du gravier meuble sur le frottement routier et donc sur le risque d'accident<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Programme International d'\u00c9valuation Routi\u00e8re (IRAP) est une organisation caritative mondiale enregistr\u00e9e dont la mission est de sauver des vies dans le monde entier en \u00e9liminant les dangers pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. L'IRAP est actif dans plus d'une centaine de pays et collabore avec des gouvernements, des autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res, des organisations d'usagers de la route, des instituts de recherche et des fonds de d\u00e9veloppement. L'IRAP m\u00e8ne des recherches approfondies sur les relations entre les caract\u00e9ristiques des routes et le risque d'accident. Les r\u00e9sultats influencent, au cours de cette d\u00e9cennie, des investissements de plus de 100 milliards de dollars am\u00e9ricains pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des routes dans le monde. De plus, des rapports tels que \"Vaccines for roads\", des supports p\u00e9dagogiques et bien plus encore sont publi\u00e9s. Le tableau ci-dessous de l'IRAP montre comment une faible adh\u00e9rence routi\u00e8re affecte le risque d'implication des diff\u00e9rents types d'usagers de la route dans un accident de la circulation. Le tableau montre les relations d'effet partiellement pour les routes pav\u00e9es (scell\u00e9es) et partiellement pour les routes en gravier (non scell\u00e9es); voir la colonne la plus \u00e0 gauche.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture1.png\" alt=\"Picture1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bien que l'iRAP ne mentionne pas explicitement de m\u00e9triques pour le faible coefficient de frottement caus\u00e9 par des graviers meubles sur l'asphalte, il y a de bonnes raisons de croire que de telles routes entrent dans la cat\u00e9gorie \"Rev\u00eatue - faible\" en termes d'adh\u00e9rence et de tenue de route des v\u00e9hicules. La diff\u00e9rence entre la valeur de 2,0 pour \"Rev\u00eatue - faible\" et la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de 1,0 pour \"Rev\u00eatue - ad\u00e9quate\" montre un risque d'accident doubl\u00e9. Le risque d'accidents de la route augmente ainsi consid\u00e9rablement avec une diminution du coefficient de frottement et donc de l'adh\u00e9rence routi\u00e8re, et avec des graviers meubles sur l'asphalte, le coefficient de frottement chute brusquement. D\u00e9velopper de meilleures exigences pour les mat\u00e9riaux de gravillons pour le contr\u00f4le antid\u00e9rapant Les dommages caus\u00e9s par les \u00e9clats de pierre aux phares, pare-brise, toits ouvrants en verre et \u00e0 la carrosserie se produisent tout au long de la saison hivernale, avec une fr\u00e9quence extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e lors du passage de l'hiver au printemps, en mars et avril.<\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus de conducteurs utilisent des pneus d'hiver non clout\u00e9s qui lustrent la surface de la route, la rendant brillante et glissante. Combin\u00e9 au changement climatique, cela a entra\u00een\u00e9 des conditions de route glissantes plus fr\u00e9quentes et donc une augmentation du sablage. Les pneus d'hiver non clout\u00e9s ont une bande de roulement profonde et sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de m\u00e9langes de caoutchouc particuli\u00e8rement souples, ce qui permet au sable grossier et aux gravillons de se coincer plus facilement dans le motif des pneus et d'\u00eatre projet\u00e9s sur d'autres voitures. Les efforts des constructeurs automobiles pour r\u00e9duire l'impact environnemental ont fait que les pare-brise sont aujourd'hui g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dix pour cent plus fins qu'il y a dix ans, ce qui les a rendus plus sensibles aux impacts de pierres. Le fait que la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne sur les voitures ne soit pas optimis\u00e9e pour la conduite dans les climats froids a \u00e9galement conduit \u00e0 l'expiration de l'ancienne exigence su\u00e9doise concernant les garde-boue. Selon une enqu\u00eate de l'institut de recherche Rise, cela a presque doubl\u00e9 le nombre de dommages caus\u00e9s par les projections de pierres.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9clats de pierre se produisent lors des rencontres, ainsi que lors de la conduite sur des routes \u00e0 plusieurs voies. Les \u00e9boulements sont particuli\u00e8rement fr\u00e9quents lors des d\u00e9passements et de l'insertion dans les voies d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration. Les \u00e9clats de pierre sont plus fr\u00e9quents sur les routes qui sont anti-glissantes m\u00e9caniquement par sablage, mais se produisent \u00e9galement sur les plus grandes routes qui sont sal\u00e9es mais dont le rev\u00eatement asphaltique est de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure. Par le pass\u00e9, la pr\u00e9vention du d\u00e9rapage \u00e9tait effectu\u00e9e avec du sable naturel non concass\u00e9 et donc bon march\u00e9, aux grains parfaitement ronds.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 des d\u00e9cisions politiques, les carri\u00e8res de sable naturel et les carri\u00e8res de gravier naturel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9es par moins de carri\u00e8res de roche plus grandes. Cela a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 le travail de transport, lourd pour l'environnement, du sable d'hiver. Le contr\u00f4le de l'anti-d\u00e9rapage est d\u00e9sormais effectu\u00e9 avec diff\u00e9rents types de concasseurs de roche sous des noms tels que gravier, macadam fin, sable grossier concass\u00e9 et anti-d\u00e9rapant. Ces \u201c granulats de sable d'hiver \u201d sont plus ou moins lamellaires, et leur forme peut rendre le mat\u00e9riau assez tranchant, avec un risque accru de projection de gravillons et d'autres dommages.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd'hui, malheureusement, seules ces trois exigences sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plac\u00e9es sur le sable d'hiver pour lutter contre le d\u00e9rapage :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Plus grande taille de grain d'environ 6 millim\u00e8tres (mesur\u00e9e cependant sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 le plus court des grains ; les grains \u00e9br\u00e9ch\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre sensiblement plus longs).<\/li>\n<li>Produit le moins cher, livraison comprise, jusqu'aux d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de l'exploitation routi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>La mati\u00e8re ne doit pas s'agglom\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 provoquer des blocages dans les \u00e9pandeurs de sable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La fa\u00e7on la plus efficace de r\u00e9duire les dommages dus aux chutes de pierres serait de r\u00e9autoriser la pr\u00e9vention des glissements avec du sable naturel. En l'absence de sable naturel, il reste \u00e0 fixer de meilleures exigences pour le sable d'hiver provenant de pierres concass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Afin de cr\u00e9er un contr\u00f4le anti-glissement \u00e9conomique, \u00e9cologique et durable, les types d'exigences suivants sont n\u00e9cessaires pour le sable d'hiver anti-glissement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Risque r\u00e9duit de d\u00e9laminage par limitation judicieuse du d\u00e9laminage des grains.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction de la poussi\u00e8re de route malsaine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exigences concernant la r\u00e9sistance du grain \u00e0 \u00eatre broy\u00e9 sous les roues directrices lourdement charg\u00e9es et en rotation des bus urbains.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction de la quantit\u00e9 de poussi\u00e8re de route nocive en exigeant le criblage des mat\u00e9riaux d'une taille inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 environ un millim\u00e8tre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C'est-\u00e0-dire que des mat\u00e9riaux tels que l'humus provenant de l'affleurement rocheux, l'argile et le limon provenant du remplissage de fissures dans le massif rocheux, ainsi que le sable fin concass\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre tamis\u00e9s. Ces mat\u00e9riaux tamis\u00e9s peuvent, au contraire, \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9s avantageusement dans des produits pour les routes en gravier, o\u00f9 la liaison avec les produits en gravier peut cr\u00e9er un avantage. Un tel mat\u00e9riau antid\u00e9rapant est class\u00e9 selon la norme SS-EN ISO 14688-1 comme un m\u00e9lange de sable grossier concass\u00e9 et de macadam fin, avec des granulom\u00e9tries comprises entre un et six millim\u00e8tres (sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 comme granulom\u00e9trie 1\/6 mm). Alternativement, seul du macadam fin de granulom\u00e9trie 2\/6 mm est utilis\u00e9. Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre justifi\u00e9 de faire des exigences sur la courbe granulom\u00e9trique.
