Les r\u00e9sultats de la prochaine s\u00e9rie d&#039;attributions de licences pour les programmes nationaux EuroRAP devraient \u00eatre annonc\u00e9s en f\u00e9vrier 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme national grec propose que le CERTH soit d\u00e9sign\u00e9 \u2018\u00a0chef de file du programme national grec EuroRAP\u00a0\u2019. Le CERTH coordonnera avec Hellastron et le minist\u00e8re grec des Infrastructures et des Transports la mise en \u0153uvre d&#039;un programme strat\u00e9gique d&#039;\u00e9valuation des routes (RAP). Ce programme permettra de suivre les progr\u00e8s de la Gr\u00e8ce en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures jusqu&#039;en 2030, conform\u00e9ment aux objectifs de performance 3 et 4 des Nations Unies pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. Il contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&#039;objectif europ\u00e9en \u00e0 long terme de r\u00e9duire au minimum le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s et de blessures graves sur les routes d&#039;ici 2050. Enfin, le CERTH apportera son soutien au minist\u00e8re grec et \u00e0 Hellastron concernant les nouvelles obligations de reporting de la directive 2008\/96\/CE relative \u00e0 la gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>La Gr\u00e8ce est le seul pays \u00e0 avoir atteint l&#039;objectif europ\u00e9en de r\u00e9duction de 501\u00a0000 \u00e0 800\u00a0000 le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur les routes entre 2011 et 2020, et les progr\u00e8s accomplis sont encourageants, t\u00e9moignant du travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour. N\u00e9anmoins, avec 64 d\u00e9c\u00e8s pour 1 million d&#039;habitants, le pays affiche le taux le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de l&#039;UE.<\/p>\n<p>Commentant l&#039;\u00e9laboration d&#039;un programme national pour la Gr\u00e8ce, Lina Konstantinopoulou, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d&#039;EuroRAP, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201c<em>Je suis ravi de constater que la Gr\u00e8ce embo\u00eete le pas aux pays qui d\u00e9veloppent avec succ\u00e8s des partenariats nationaux dans le cadre du programme EuroRAP et une collaboration \u00e9troite avec les autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res comp\u00e9tentes. Les partenaires du programme EuroRAP en Slov\u00e9nie, par exemple, ont r\u00e9cemment re\u00e7u le prestigieux Prix international Prince Michael de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re pour leurs r\u00e9alisations. J&#039;attends avec int\u00e9r\u00eat la contribution qu&#039;EuroRAP pourra apporter \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction rapide du nombre de traumatismes routiers et j&#039;esp\u00e8re que la Gr\u00e8ce restera parmi les pays les plus avanc\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 propos d&#039;EuroRAP<br \/>\nEuroRAP est une association internationale \u00e0 but non lucratif regroupant des autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res nationales et r\u00e9gionales, des clubs de mobilit\u00e9, des ONG de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et des chercheurs. L&#039;association soutient des activit\u00e9s sur tout le continent europ\u00e9en, ainsi que celles de 100 partenaires dans le monde entier, appuy\u00e9s par son r\u00e9seau mondial iRAP. La sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 d&#039;EuroRAP r\u00e9side dans son approche globale, compl\u00e8te et standardis\u00e9e de l&#039;\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, gr\u00e2ce aux protocoles RAP. Son objectif est de garantir une Europe sans routes \u00e0 haut risque, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 l&#039;objectif \u00ab z\u00e9ro d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur les routes \u00bb. EuroRAP facilite la mise en \u0153uvre des Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable 3 et 4 des Nations Unies relatifs \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures.
