  1. Quel est votre r\u00f4le actuel au sein d'AMZS et quelle est la vision de votre association en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Je suis actuellement secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'AMZS, l'Association slov\u00e8ne de l'automobile et de la moto. Je suis \u00e9galement chef de projet pour les activit\u00e9s EuroRAP et le projet RADAR de l'AMZS.<\/p>\n

    AMZS est tr\u00e8s active dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et de la mobilit\u00e9 s\u00fbre, y compris dans les trois piliers de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re : 1.\u00a0concernant les conducteurs<\/strong>, nous g\u00e9rons notre propre auto-\u00e9cole et le plus grand centre de conduite s\u00e9curitaire de Slov\u00e9nie ; 2.\u00a0concernant les v\u00e9hicules<\/strong>, nous proposons une assistance routi\u00e8re, des ateliers de r\u00e9paration automobile, des contr\u00f4les techniques de v\u00e9hicules, l'homologation de v\u00e9hicules, nous sommes partenaires des tests internationaux annuels de pneumatiques, des tests de syst\u00e8mes de retenue pour enfants ; 3.\u00a0en mati\u00e8re d'infrastructures<\/strong>,Depuis 2008, nous \u00e9valuons les routes selon les proc\u00e9dures iRAP\/EuroRAP, en plus des essais de passages pi\u00e9tons, des essais en tunnel et de nombreuses autres activit\u00e9s. Notre vision est d'\u00eatre le premier porte-parole et le repr\u00e9sentant de tous les usagers de la route pour une mobilit\u00e9 s\u00fbre et durable, en collaboration avec les institutions officielles.<\/p>\n

    1. Pourriez-vous nous en dire un peu plus sur l'implication d'AMZS dans les projets SENSoR et RADAR\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      AMZS b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'une longue exp\u00e9rience des projets internationaux. Les projets SENSoR et RADAR nous ont permis de poursuivre nos travaux d'\u00e9valuation routi\u00e8re, non seulement en classant les routes, mais aussi en promouvant l'importance d'une approche syst\u00e9mique de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et en sensibilisant tous les acteurs de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re en Slov\u00e9nie. Parall\u00e8lement, ces deux projets nous ont permis de partager et de recevoir, \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle internationale, des exemples et des approches de bonnes pratiques. Le projet SENSoR nous a permis de r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9valuation routi\u00e8re \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, avec l'attribution d'\u00e9toiles \u00e0 environ 3\u00a0200 km de routes nationales slov\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n

      1. 2. Pourquoi avez-vous choisi de vous associer \u00e0 EuroRAP ? Qu'est-ce qu'EuroRAP vous offre ?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        EuroRAP nous a permis d'utiliser des outils d'\u00e9valuation routi\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendants et comparables au niveau international, ce qui a renforc\u00e9 notre position aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res et des minist\u00e8res. Lorsque nous exigeons des routes plus s\u00fbres, un entretien et une modernisation constants, EuroRAP est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un atout majeur pour appuyer nos initiatives.<\/p>\n

        1. Pourriez-vous nous parler de vos principaux succ\u00e8s dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re en Slov\u00e9nie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 votre collaboration avec EuroRAP\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          La r\u00e9alisation la plus importante est la cr\u00e9ation du consortium slov\u00e8ne EuroRAP, ou plut\u00f4t du partenariat, qui regroupe le minist\u00e8re des Infrastructures, la police, les autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res nationales et les autorit\u00e9s autorouti\u00e8res. Une grande partie du m\u00e9rite revient \u00e0 M. Robert Staba, ancien employ\u00e9 d'AMZS, qui a initi\u00e9 le projet AMZS EuroRAP. Nous avons fourni des cartes des risques pour des p\u00e9riodes cons\u00e9cutives de trois ans\u00a0: 2006-2008, 2009-2011, 2012-2014 et 2015-2017. Depuis 2008, nous avons attribu\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de notation par \u00e9toiles \u00e0 environ 4\u00a0000\u00a0km de routes nationales et 800\u00a0km d'autoroutes et de voies rapides.<\/p>\n

            Nous sommes fiers que notre participation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et constante au programme EuroRAP depuis 2008 ait \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnue internationalement et au sein d'une entreprise aussi prestigieuse, laur\u00e9ate de nombreux prix. Nous poursuivrons notre \u00e9troite collaboration, notamment avec les autorit\u00e9s autorouti\u00e8res, avec lesquelles nous avons sign\u00e9 un troisi\u00e8me contrat cons\u00e9cutif pour l'\u00e9valuation des routes. En effet, sur pr\u00e8s de 101\u00a0000\u00a0000 de kilom\u00e8tres de routes nationales slov\u00e8nes, constitu\u00e9es d'autoroutes et de voies rapides, plus de 50\u00a0000\u00a0000 de kilom\u00e8tres-v\u00e9hicules sont parcourus chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
