Notre vision est que Hrvatske autoceste soit reconnue comme un exemple d'attitude soign\u00e9e et responsable envers les usagers, la communaut\u00e9 sociale, les employ\u00e9s et l'environnement, ainsi qu'un exemple de meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re de routes les plus s\u00fbres et de meilleure qualit\u00e9 en Croatie et dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Pourquoi avez-vous choisi de vous associer \u00e0 EuroRAP ? Qu'est-ce qu'EuroRAP vous offre ?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>Depuis plus de 10 ans, les Autocrois\u00e9es croates suivent de pr\u00e8s les travaux de l'EuroRAP, qui en Croatie a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par les activit\u00e9s du Club automobile croate et de la Facult\u00e9 des transports et des sciences de la circulation de l'Universit\u00e9 de Zagreb. L'approche de l'am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re au cours de ces 10 ann\u00e9es en Croatie a radicalement chang\u00e9, si bien que l'on peut dire en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral que l'infrastructure routi\u00e8re, en tant que l'un des trois facteurs fondamentaux de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, a pris une place plus pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante. Les Autocrois\u00e9es croates ont reconnu cette tendance par le biais de leur coop\u00e9ration avec la Facult\u00e9 des transports et des sciences de la circulation et, outre le fait de faire \u00e9quipe sur le projet SLAIN du CEF, nous coop\u00e9rons sur un certain nombre de projets dans lesquels les protocoles EuroRAP sont utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 un certain degr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pourriez-vous nous parler de vos principales r\u00e9ussites dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re en Croatie ?<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>en raison de votre collaboration avec EuroRAP ?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>Le r\u00e9seau d'autoroutes g\u00e9r\u00e9 par Croatian Motorways est la partie la plus s\u00fbre du r\u00e9seau routier en Croatie. Le m\u00e9rite en revient principalement aux efforts incessants des d\u00e9partements de Croatian Motorways, qui travaillent en permanence \u00e0 l'application et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des normes les plus r\u00e9centes. En ce sens, l'engagement d'EuroRAP dans diverses activit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives et projets internationaux est d'une importance capitale car il contribue \u00e0 sensibiliser \u00e0 l'impact de l'infrastructure routi\u00e8re sur les accidents de la route et leurs cons\u00e9quences. Cela vaut particuli\u00e8rement pour l'approche conservatrice de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re o\u00f9 le point de vue de base est que les accidents de la route sont dus \u00e0 une erreur humaine et que leurs cons\u00e9quences ne peuvent \u00eatre att\u00e9nu\u00e9es. Aujourd'hui, nous disposons d'indicateurs, d'analyses et d'\u00e9tudes pr\u00e9cises pour montrer qu'il existe d'autres causes d'accidents de la route et, en ce sens, le r\u00f4le d'EuroRAP est essentiel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Que conseilleriez-vous aux autres autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res lors de l'\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'infrastructure routi\u00e8re ?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>L'un des messages cruciaux serait que l'\u00e9valuation ind\u00e9pendante de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re doit \u00eatre per\u00e7ue comme une opportunit\u00e9 d'am\u00e9lioration plut\u00f4t que comme quelque chose de n\u00e9gatif. L'investissement dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, ainsi que tous les autres investissements socialement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, doit \u00eatre quantifi\u00e9 et mis en proportion.
