Notre vision est que les Autoroutes croates soient reconnues comme un exemple de respect et de responsabilit\u00e9 envers les usagers, la communaut\u00e9, les employ\u00e9s et l&#039;environnement, et comme une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de qualit\u00e9 des routes en Croatie et dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Pourquoi avez-vous choisi de vous associer \u00e0 EuroRAP\u00a0? Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019EuroRAP vous offre\u00a0?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>Depuis plus de dix ans, les Autoroutes croates suivent de pr\u00e8s les travaux d&#039;EuroRAP, un projet n\u00e9 en Croatie gr\u00e2ce aux initiatives de l&#039;Automobile Club croate et de la Facult\u00e9 des transports et des sciences de la circulation de l&#039;Universit\u00e9 de Zagreb. L&#039;approche de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re en Croatie a consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9 au cours de cette d\u00e9cennie, si bien que l&#039;infrastructure routi\u00e8re, l&#039;un des trois facteurs fondamentaux de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, occupe d\u00e9sormais une place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante. Les Autoroutes croates ont pris conscience de cette \u00e9volution en collaborant avec la Facult\u00e9 des transports et des sciences de la circulation et, outre leur participation au projet SLAIN du CEF, elles collaborent \u00e0 plusieurs projets appliquant, \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s divers, les protocoles EuroRAP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pourriez-vous nous parler de vos principaux succ\u00e8s dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re en Croatie ?<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>en raison de votre collaboration avec EuroRAP ?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>Le r\u00e9seau autoroutier g\u00e9r\u00e9 par les Autoroutes croates est la partie la plus s\u00fbre du r\u00e9seau routier croate. Ce succ\u00e8s est d\u00fb principalement aux efforts constants des services des Autoroutes croates, qui travaillent sans rel\u00e2che \u00e0 l&#039;application et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des normes les plus r\u00e9centes. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, l&#039;engagement d&#039;EuroRAP dans diverses activit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives et projets internationaux est primordial, car il contribue \u00e0 sensibiliser le public \u00e0 l&#039;impact des infrastructures routi\u00e8res sur les accidents de la route et leurs cons\u00e9quences. Cela concerne tout particuli\u00e8rement l&#039;approche conservatrice de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, qui consid\u00e8re que les accidents de la route sont dus \u00e0 une erreur humaine et que leurs cons\u00e9quences sont in\u00e9vitables. Aujourd&#039;hui, nous disposons d&#039;indicateurs pr\u00e9cis, d&#039;analyses et d&#039;\u00e9tudes qui d\u00e9montrent l&#039;existence d&#039;autres causes d&#039;accidents de la route, et c&#039;est en ce sens que le r\u00f4le d&#039;EuroRAP est essentiel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Quels conseils donneriez-vous aux autres autorit\u00e9s routi\u00e8res pour \u00e9valuer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res ?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>Un message essentiel serait que l&#039;\u00e9valuation ind\u00e9pendante de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re doit \u00eatre per\u00e7ue comme une opportunit\u00e9 d&#039;am\u00e9lioration et non comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment n\u00e9gatif. Les investissements dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, comme tous les autres investissements socialement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, doivent \u00eatre quantifi\u00e9s et proportionn\u00e9s. Les outils fournis par EuroRAP sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment con\u00e7us \u00e0 cet effet\u00a0: ils nous permettent de mesurer notre efficacit\u00e9 dans la mise en \u0153uvre des normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
