Tous droits r\u00e9serv\u00e9s) .<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Institut de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re (IOAS) \u201c\u00a0Panos Mylonas\u00a0\u201d a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re des Infrastructures et des Transports des propositions relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et la remise de cartes des risques du r\u00e9seau routier transeurop\u00e9en. Ces cartes s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre du projet SLAIN (Sauver des vies\u00a0: \u00e9valuer et am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau routier TEN-T), \u00e9labor\u00e9 par l\u2019Institut de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re \u201c\u00a0Panos Mylonas\u00a0\u201d en collaboration avec l\u2019organisation internationale EuroRAP et des partenaires italiens, espagnols et croates. Ce projet est cofinanc\u00e9 par la Communaut\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne dans le cadre du programme MIE (M\u00e9canisme pour l\u2019interconnexion en Europe 2014-2020), avec l\u2019accord du minist\u00e8re des Infrastructures et des Transports.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;objectif du projet est la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et, de ce fait (entre autres), la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;une carte de classification des risques du r\u00e9seau routier transeurop\u00e9en grec. Cette action est conforme \u00e0 la directive 2008\/96 du Parlement europ\u00e9en (transpos\u00e9e en droit grec par le d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9sidentiel 104\/2011 [Journal officiel 237\/A\/7-11-2011]) ainsi qu&#039;\u00e0 la r\u00e9vision du r\u00e8glement (CE) 2019\/1936, qui pr\u00e9voit une \u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9laboration des cartes des risques et le calcul des indicateurs pertinents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la m\u00e9thodologie internationale EuroRAP et se r\u00e9f\u00e8rent au r\u00e9seau routier transeurop\u00e9en pour la p\u00e9riode 2015-2018 (donn\u00e9es disponibles). Cette m\u00e9thodologie est pleinement compatible et accept\u00e9e par la nouvelle directive europ\u00e9enne et d&#039;autres organisations internationales (OMS, Banque mondiale). Elle permet une comparaison directe entre diff\u00e9rents pays, car elle est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle internationale, dans plus de 100 pays \u00e0 ce jour. Les deux cartes cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans le cadre du projet SLAIN concernent la densit\u00e9 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et l&#039;indice de risque, qui repr\u00e9sentent respectivement le niveau de risque collectif et individuel des usagers de la route. Le code couleur, jaune \u00e0 vert, indique le niveau de danger, du plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 au plus faible. La comparaison des donn\u00e9es relatives aux accidents de la route sur la p\u00e9riode de quatre ans consid\u00e9r\u00e9e confirme l&#039;am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. Une fois de plus, le r\u00f4le crucial du r\u00e9seau autoroutier grec dans la r\u00e9duction des indicateurs de risque est mis en \u00e9vidence\u00a0: le pourcentage de routes \u00e0 faible risque est pass\u00e9 de 121\u00a0% \u00e0 871\u00a0% du r\u00e9seau transeurop\u00e9en.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sidente de l&#039;Institut, Mme Vasiliki Danelli-Mylonas, et les dirigeants de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/i.o.as\/\">IOAS<\/a>. \u201c Panos Mylonas \u201d a remis les cartes des risques au minist\u00e8re des Infrastructures et des Transports, la Gr\u00e8ce documentant aupr\u00e8s des institutions europ\u00e9ennes le respect de ses obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Comme l\u2019a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le vice-ministre des Infrastructures et des Transports, M. Giannis Kefalogiannis, \u201c la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re est une priorit\u00e9 absolue pour le gouvernement actuel. Au minist\u00e8re des Infrastructures et des Transports, sous la direction de M. Costas Karamanlis, nous nous effor\u00e7ons d\u2019adopter les meilleures pratiques internationales afin de disposer des outils appropri\u00e9s pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration des politiques, en coop\u00e9ration avec les organismes qui contribuent \u00e0 cet effort. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral aux Infrastructures, M. George Karagiannis, recevant les cartes, a remerci\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de l&#039;Institut de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re (RSI), \u201c Panos Mylonas \u201d, pour la remise des cartes et a exprim\u00e9 sa satisfaction \u201c quant au travail accompli par les services concern\u00e9s et les collaborateurs du minist\u00e8re, sur une question particuli\u00e8rement importante pour la planification strat\u00e9gique des infrastructures du pays et pour la priorisation des interventions en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Selon Mme Danelli-Mylonas, \u201c Nous accordons une grande importance \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat manifest\u00e9 par le ministre des Infrastructures et des Transports, M. Costas Karamanlis, pour les questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, ainsi que par le vice-ministre, M. Ioannis Kefalogiannis, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral aux Infrastructures, M. Georgios Karagiannis, et les fonctionnaires du minist\u00e8re qui ont particip\u00e9 aux discussions. Notre coop\u00e9ration constructive avec l&#039;organisation EuroRAP, dont nous sommes membres actifs, se poursuit. \u00bb\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/i.o.as\/\">IOAS<\/a>. Le projet \u201c\u00a0Panos Mylonas\u00a0\u201d, lanc\u00e9 en 2010 en partenariat avec d&#039;autres pays europ\u00e9ens et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant du soutien total du minist\u00e8re des Infrastructures et des Transports dans le cadre du programme SLAIN, est essentiel.
