Le projet RADAR a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 ses succ\u00e8s \u00e0 la\u00a0<strong>conf\u00e9rence de cl\u00f4ture<\/strong>\u00a0qui s'est tenue en mode hybride fin septembre. La conf\u00e9rence visait \u00e0 \u2018 \u0152uvrer pour des infrastructures plus s\u00fbres pour tous les usagers de la route dans le bassin du Danube \u2019 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e sous l'\u00e9gide de la pr\u00e9sidence slov\u00e8ne du Conseil de l'UE et en coop\u00e9ration avec la Strat\u00e9gie de l'Union europ\u00e9enne pour la r\u00e9gion du Danube (SUERD) \u2013 PA1b : Am\u00e9lioration de la mobilit\u00e9 et de la multimodalit\u00e9 \u2013 Liaisons routi\u00e8res, ferroviaires et a\u00e9riennes. La conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'occasion pour les organisations et les experts en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re de discuter et de tracer les futures orientations strat\u00e9giques ax\u00e9es sur l'am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res dans le bassin du Danube pour tous les usagers de la route. Elle a r\u00e9uni diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re pour mettre en \u00e9vidence les r\u00e9sultats du projet RADAR et d\u00e9montrer les avantages d'une approche syst\u00e9matique en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res. Elle a contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9bat sur la priorisation des investissements dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et les \u00e9valuations de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle du r\u00e9seau dans le cadre de la directive r\u00e9vis\u00e9e sur la gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res (RISM) et au-del\u00e0. En outre, la conf\u00e9rence a soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des objectifs des Nations Unies et de la Commission europ\u00e9enne en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. Les documents de la conf\u00e9rence finale sont disponibles\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.interreg-danube.eu\/approved-projects\/radar\/section\/final-conference-materials\">ICI<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin du projet, le consortium RADAR a publi\u00e9 un\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.interreg-danube.eu\/approved-projects\/radar\/section\/promotion-material\">magazine<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>de 3,5 ans de travail consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res dans le Danube et \u00e0 la contribution \u00e0 des routes plus s\u00fbres, ainsi qu'\u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des blessures graves et mortelles dans les pays du Danube. En outre, ils ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=V3kIaLMc9y8\">vid\u00e9o<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>soulignant l'importance du projet RADAR pour chaque pays participant.<\/p>\n<p>Le partenaire principal du projet RADAR \u00e9tait la filiale d'EuroRAP, le European Institute of Road Assessment de Slov\u00e9nie (EIRA\u2013EuroRAP). Certains des partenaires du projet RADAR sont \u00e9galement des membres d'EuroRAP : l'Automobile et Motorcycle Association de Slov\u00e9nie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amzs.si\/en\">AMZS<\/a>), Automobil Club de Moldavie (<a href=\"http:\/\/saferoads.md\/index.php?view=index\">ACM<\/a>), Automobile Club de Bosnie-Herz\u00e9govine (<a href=\"https:\/\/bihamk.ba\/?fbclid=IwAR06xkVokmznrkzbQvXaD5NBWVrz4WRaxA-f3Gp__wDdkpaJcBzeoWWeJF4\">BIHAMK<\/a>), Association bulgare pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbars.bg\/en\">BBARS<\/a>), et le General Automoto Club de la R\u00e9publique tch\u00e8que (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uamk.cz\/\">UAMK<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>EIRA\u2013EuroRAP, en collaboration avec l'ACM et 9 autres partenaires de projet, poursuit ses travaux sur un autre projet du programme Danube Transnational, intitul\u00e9\u00a0<strong>SABRINA \u2013 Routes cyclables plus s\u00fbres dans la r\u00e9gion du Danube.<\/strong>\u00a0Le projet SABRINA s'appuie sur les r\u00e9sultats fournis par RADAR lors de son parcours transparent vers la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, en contribuant \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de transport plus s\u00fbr et \u00e0 une mobilit\u00e9 de transport s\u00fbre, ainsi qu'\u00e0 une accessibilit\u00e9 et une mobilit\u00e9 s\u00fbres dans les zones (urbaines et) rurales. L'objectif principal du projet SABRINA est d'am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res pour les cyclistes, l'un des usagers de la route les plus vuln\u00e9rables.
