{"id":41380,"date":"2020-11-19T03:17:20","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T03:17:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irap.org\/?p=41380"},"modified":"2022-08-05T07:21:19","modified_gmt":"2022-08-05T06:21:19","slug":"safety-of-uruguay-pulp-mill-access-road-assessed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/2020\/11\/safety-of-uruguay-pulp-mill-access-road-assessed\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la route d&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#039;usine de p\u00e2te d&#039;Uruguay"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#039;une route d&#039;acc\u00e8s de 10 km parcourue par les travailleurs de United Paper Mills (UPM) en Uruguay sera \u00e9valu\u00e9e en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le cadre d&#039;un projet strat\u00e9gique iRAP en association avec l&#039;Automobile Club of Uruguay (ACU).<\/p>\n<p>UPM pr\u00e9voit la construction d&#039;une p\u00e9pini\u00e8re, dans laquelle les plants seront sem\u00e9s et cultiv\u00e9s, pour la plantation dans des zones d\u00e9finies par les processus de planification environnementale et pour approvisionner ses usines de p\u00e2te \u00e0 papier, situ\u00e9es \u00e0 Centenario et \u00e0 Fray Bentos.<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9pini\u00e8re, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 9 km de Sarand\u00ed del Yi, est un d\u00e9veloppement industriel essentiel, n\u00e9cessitant le transport continu des intrants et des plants vers et depuis les sites de plantation, via des entreprises sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le chargement et le transport des for\u00eats.<\/p>\n<p>Pour soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement, UPM a command\u00e9 l&#039;\u00e9valuation par \u00e9toiles d&#039;un tron\u00e7on de 9 km de la route 6 afin de comprendre les risques li\u00e9s aux d\u00e9placements et d&#039;informer les am\u00e9liorations en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
