{"id":3968,"date":"2023-07-09T23:39:26","date_gmt":"2023-07-09T13:39:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/pedestrian-first-for-futuristic-neom\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:40:21","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:40:21","slug":"pedestrian-first-for-futuristic-neom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/pedestrian-first-for-futuristic-neom\/","title":{"rendered":"Priorit\u00e9 aux pi\u00e9tons pour le NEOM futuriste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une formation iRAP se d\u00e9roule cette semaine en Arabie saoudite afin de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mise en place de routes et de chemins s\u00fbrs dans la nouvelle ville intelligente r\u00e9volutionnaire et ses environs de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neom.com\/en-us\/about\">NEOM<\/a>, en construction dans la province de Tabuk dans le nord-ouest du Royaume.<\/p>\n<p>NEOM est un m\u00e9gaprojet d&#x27;am\u00e9nagement urbain d&#x27;un montant de $500 milliards de dollars am\u00e9ricains, lanc\u00e9 en 2017 dans le Royaume. Il englobera plusieurs r\u00e9gions, dont la \u2018 ville du futur \u2019, de forme lin\u00e9aire.\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/0kz5vEqdaSc\">LA LIGNE<\/a>, con\u00e7u pour accueillir neuf millions d\u2019habitants sur une superficie de seulement 34 km\u00b2. Il comprendra \u00e9galement un p\u00f4le d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux industries de pointe et propres, baptis\u00e9 Oxagon, la station de montagne Trojena et le complexe h\u00f4telier de luxe insulaire Sindalah. Avec une superficie de 26 500 km\u00b2 (soit presque la taille de la Belgique), l\u2019emplacement unique de NEOM offrira un climat vari\u00e9, alliant plages ensoleill\u00e9es et montagnes enneig\u00e9es. Les r\u00e9sidents b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 de vie am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, tandis que 95% du paysage naturel environnant seront pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s, notamment 468 km de c\u00f4tes et 41 \u00eeles \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir.<\/p>\n<p>NEOM int\u00e9grera des technologies de ville intelligente et introduira un nouveau mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement urbain durable. Ax\u00e9e sur les habitants, et non sur les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur, et con\u00e7ue pour le confort, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la facilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9placement, NEOM adoptera une philosophie pla\u00e7ant les pi\u00e9tons en premier, avec tous les am\u00e9nagements et services accessibles en cinq minutes de marche.<\/p>\n<p>La ville est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en construction avec les premi\u00e8res destinations pr\u00e9vues pour l'ann\u00e9e prochaine.
