{"id":3677,"date":"2023-01-19T08:01:18","date_gmt":"2023-01-18T21:01:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/21-years-of-performance-tracking-catalonias-latest-risk-mapping-results-released\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:40:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:40:09","slug":"21-years-of-performance-tracking-catalonias-latest-risk-mapping-results-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/21-years-of-performance-tracking-catalonias-latest-risk-mapping-results-released\/","title":{"rendered":"21 ans de suivi des performances : les derniers r\u00e9sultats de cartographie des risques en Catalogne publi\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <a href=\"http:\/\/saladeprensa.racc.es\/\">Reial Automobil Club de Catalunya (RACC)<\/a> a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la 21e \u00e9dition de son \u00e9tude annuelle d'\u00e9valuation routi\u00e8re, analysant une ann\u00e9e de plus, le taux d'accidents sur le r\u00e9seau routier catalan d'Espagne.<\/p>\n<p>Le suivi annuel des performances est men\u00e9 en Catalogne depuis 2002. Dans cette \u00e9dition, 6 373 km d&#x27;autoroutes interurbaines appartenant \u00e0 l&#x27;\u00c9tat, au secteur priv\u00e9 et aux communes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 921 TP3T de la mobilit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re en Catalogne.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9valuation a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'avec la reprise de la mobilit\u00e9, le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s et de blessures graves augmente, mais sans revenir aux niveaux d'avant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Le RACC et d'autres clubs europ\u00e9ens membres de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) utilisent le<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/methodology\/\"> m\u00e9thodologie iRAP<\/a> \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurorap.org\">Programme d'\u00e9valuation des routes EuroRAP<\/a> pour analyser le risque d'accidents sur les routes en vue d'am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thodologie compare le nombre d'accidents graves et de d\u00e9c\u00e8s survenus au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sur une section de route avec le volume de v\u00e9hicules qui y circulent (en termes d'intensit\u00e9 moyenne journali\u00e8re du trafic, IMD).<\/p>\n<p>Entreprise avec la collaboration du Servei Catal\u00e0 de Tr\u00e0nsit, du D\u00e9partement du Territoire de la Generalitat de Catalogne et de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelone, l'\u00e9valuation a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principales conclusions et recommandations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En Catalogne, la gravit\u00e9 des accidents a diminu\u00e9 au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies en termes de d\u00e9c\u00e8s, qui en l'an 2000 fr\u00f4laient les 700 et qui, l'ann\u00e9e la plus r\u00e9cente enregistr\u00e9e, s'\u00e9levaient \u00e0 157.<\/li>\n<li>L&#x27;Union europ\u00e9enne s&#x27;est fix\u00e9 pour objectif de r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s d&#x27;ici 2030 par rapport \u00e0 2020. Au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur le r\u00e9seau routier catalan a diminu\u00e9 de plus de 50 % : en 2010, 266 personnes ont perdu la vie dans des accidents de la route, tandis qu&#x27;en 2020, on a d\u00e9nombr\u00e9 123 d\u00e9c\u00e8s, selon les donn\u00e9es du Servei Catal\u00e0 de Tr\u00e0nsit. Ce succ\u00e8s n&#x27;est qu&#x27;apparent, car il r\u00e9sulte d&#x27;une mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite due \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Lorsque la mobilit\u00e9 a repris, le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s a de nouveau augment\u00e9, sans toutefois atteindre les niveaux de 2019.<\/li>\n<li>Sur le r\u00e9seau analys\u00e9 (qui repr\u00e9sente 531 TP3T du r\u00e9seau total et 921 TP3T de la mobilit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re en Catalogne), 751 TP3T d&#x27;accidents ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 des d\u00e9c\u00e8s et des bless\u00e9s graves se produisent sur les routes.<\/li>\n<li>Au cours de la p\u00e9riode 2019-2021, le nombre d&#x27;accidents graves et mortels a diminu\u00e9 de 8,71 %. La mobilit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re globale a baiss\u00e9 de 3,01 %. Ces variations refl\u00e8tent les effets de la COVID-19 en 2020 et au d\u00e9but de l&#x27;ann\u00e9e 2021 et ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une diminution du risque de 6,11 % sur l&#x27;ensemble du r\u00e9seau analys\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cLes kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 risque \u201d \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201c et \u201d tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201c repr\u00e9sentent 25% du r\u00e9seau, soit quatre points de pourcentage de moins que lors de la p\u00e9riode triennale pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. \u00c0 Barcelone, le nombre de kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 risque \u201d \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201c et \u201d tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201c a augment\u00e9 de 2 points, tandis qu\u2019\u00e0 G\u00e9rone il a baiss\u00e9 de 9 points de pourcentage, \u00e0 L\u00e9rida de 6 et \u00e0 Tarragone de 5. Tarragone reste la r\u00e9gion pr\u00e9sentant le plus faible pourcentage de kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 risque \u201d \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201c et \u201d tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00bb (201 TP3T), tandis que L\u00e9rida compte le plus grand nombre de kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 (281 TP3T).<\/li>\n<li>Les routes conventionnelles non s\u00e9par\u00e9es (avec une seule voie dans chaque direction) accumulent la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des sections \u00e0 risque \u201c tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201d, \u201c \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u201d et \u201c moyen \u201d. En revanche, sur les routes s\u00e9par\u00e9es (autoroutes et voies express) la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des sections sont \u00e0 risque \u201c faible \u201d ou \u201c tr\u00e8s faible \u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Le risque de subir un accident grave ou mortel sur une route non s\u00e9par\u00e9e est 4 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que sur une route s\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>La route BP-1417 (L\u2019Arrabassada) est une nouvelle fois le tron\u00e7on pr\u00e9sentant l\u2019indice de dangerosit\u00e9 le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de Catalogne, en raison du taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019accidents impliquant des motos. Sur 881 accidents ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 des d\u00e9c\u00e8s ou des blessures graves, au moins une moto est impliqu\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Cette ann\u00e9e, 608 km pr\u00e9sentent un risque nul. Ainsi, sur 9,51 % du r\u00e9seau analys\u00e9, aucun accident mortel ou grave ne s&#x27;est produit au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Pour la septi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, le tron\u00e7on qui accumule le plus d'accidents graves par kilom\u00e8tre (sans tenir compte du trafic qui le traverse) se situe sur la C-58, entre Barcelone et Cerdanyola.<\/li>\n<li>Le r\u00e9seau est divis\u00e9 en 428 tron\u00e7ons faisant l&#x27;objet d&#x27;une \u00e9tude. Sur les 10 tron\u00e7ons o\u00f9 l&#x27;on recense le plus grand nombre d&#x27;accidents, on observe une proportion tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e d&#x27;accidents impliquant des motos et des cyclomoteurs : en moyenne, 791 % des accidents ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 des d\u00e9c\u00e8s ou des blessures graves concernaient une moto ou un cyclomoteur.
