{"id":3562,"date":"2022-11-28T04:51:16","date_gmt":"2022-11-27T17:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/sabrina-project-safer-bicycle-routes-in-the-danube-region-final-conference-summary\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:40:06","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:40:06","slug":"sabrina-project-safer-bicycle-routes-in-the-danube-region-final-conference-summary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/sabrina-project-safer-bicycle-routes-in-the-danube-region-final-conference-summary\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet SABRINA, \u201c Itin\u00e9raires cyclables plus s\u00fbrs dans la r\u00e9gion du Danube \u2013 R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la conf\u00e9rence finale \u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 de presse :\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Comment pouvons-nous avoir des itin\u00e9raires cyclables plus s\u00fbrs dans la r\u00e9gion du Danube ?<\/strong><br \/>Bucarest, le 23 novembre 2022<\/p>\n<p>La conf\u00e9rence finale de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interreg-danube.eu\/news-and-events\/programme-news-and-events\/7964\"><strong>Projet SABRINA, \u201c Routes cyclables plus s\u00fbres dans la r\u00e9gion du Danube \u201d<\/strong><\/a>, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement organis\u00e9 en coop\u00e9ration avec la Strat\u00e9gie de l'Union europ\u00e9enne pour la r\u00e9gion du Danube (SUERD) \u2013 AP1b : Am\u00e9lioration de la mobilit\u00e9 et de la multimodalit\u00e9 \u2013 Liaisons routi\u00e8res, ferroviaires et a\u00e9riennes, a r\u00e9uni des invit\u00e9s internationaux de haut niveau issus des domaines du cyclisme et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re afin de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les r\u00e9sultats du projet et de d\u00e9montrer les avantages d'une approche syst\u00e9matique en faveur d'infrastructures cyclables plus s\u00fbres.<\/p>\n<p>Rejoignant depuis l'Australie, Rob McInerney a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 dans son discours d'ouverture les grandes opportunit\u00e9s que le cyclisme offre en termes de politiques environnementales, de d\u00e9veloppement durable et de sant\u00e9, et a ajout\u00e9 : \u201csi les installations cyclables ne sont pas s\u00fbres pour tous, alors nous avons perdu des opportunit\u00e9s d'am\u00e9liorer ces politiques. Nous devons exiger une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 minimale de 3 \u00e9toiles pour les infrastructures cyclables pour tous les usagers. Les bonnes pratiques et les succ\u00e8s doivent \u00eatre c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9s par les gouvernements, les ing\u00e9nieurs, les parties prenantes et les communaut\u00e9s locales.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Nous avons besoin que l'UE \u00e9l\u00e8ve le niveau du cyclisme \u00e0 travers le continent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une strat\u00e9gie coh\u00e9rente qui finance et mette en \u0153uvre des infrastructures cyclables. Nous avons besoin que tous les gouvernements europ\u00e9ens promeuvent le cyclisme comme moyen de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de transport et d'atteindre d'autres avantages soci\u00e9taux, tels que la r\u00e9duction de la pollution de l'air et du bruit. Le cyclisme doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 comme un mode de transport \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Philip Amaral, directeur des politiques et du d\u00e9veloppement de la FEC \u2013 F\u00e9d\u00e9ration europ\u00e9enne des cyclistes.<\/p>\n<p>Sensibiliser et impliquer plus activement les acteurs de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re font \u00e9galement partie des objectifs du projet SABRINA, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Olivera Rozi, European Road Assessment Institute.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Nous avons eu de nombreux d\u00e9fis dans la gestion de ce projet, notamment la sensibilisation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et le virus COVID-19. En fait, la pand\u00e9mie a \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus grand d\u00e9fi, mais si en p\u00e9riode normale nous nous serions rencontr\u00e9s sept ou huit fois, maintenant nous nous sommes vus et nous avons parl\u00e9 chaque semaine et nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er cette communaut\u00e9 \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Olivera Rozi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Nous devons changer nos habitudes de mobilit\u00e9 pour avoir des transports durables. Nous devons passer \u00e0 des transports intermodaux, le v\u00e9lo en faisant partie int\u00e9grante et devant \u00eatre accessible \u00e0 tous \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Franc Zepic, du minist\u00e8re de l'Infrastructure, en Slov\u00e9nie.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9bats et pr\u00e9sentations de la conf\u00e9rence ont port\u00e9 sur les \u00e9valuations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des itin\u00e9raires EuroVelo, un syst\u00e8me d'aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision pour toutes les parties prenantes, des \u00e9tudes pilotes et des formations dans les neuf pays participants, ainsi que la collecte de bonnes pratiques et de fiches d'information.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Marko Sevrovic, ing\u00e9nieur principal en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re \u00e0 l'Institut europ\u00e9en d'\u00e9valuation des routes \u2013 Eurorap, le projet SABRINA a \u00e9valu\u00e9 des itin\u00e9raires cyclables sur six v\u00e9loroutes EuroVelo dans neuf pays, dont plus de 2 500 kilom\u00e8tres dans la r\u00e9gion du Danube.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Nous avons \u00e9valu\u00e9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re sur ces itin\u00e9raires \u00e0 l\u2019aide des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9valuation iRAP, CycleRAP et ECS (European Certification Standard). CycleRAP a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre du projet SABRINA et nous aide \u00e0 identifier et \u00e0 localiser les endroits o\u00f9 des accidents sont susceptibles de se produire entre les cyclistes et les autres usagers de la mobilit\u00e9 douce \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Marko Sevrovic.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet SABRINA a \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/sabrina-scrt.eu\/scrt\/\"><strong>Bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils des itin\u00e9raires cyclables plus s\u00fbrs<\/strong><\/a>, ce qui augmentera la capacit\u00e9 des parties prenantes \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions et facilitera la coop\u00e9ration \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux, emp\u00eachant ainsi le d\u00e9veloppement d'une infrastructure cyclable qui mettrait en danger la vie des usagers.
