TanRAP est l'une des \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s du Plan en dix \u00e9tapes pour un projet d'infrastructure routi\u00e8re plus s\u00fbre,<\/a> visant \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles du pays et \u00e0 contribuer aux efforts du gouvernement tanzanien pour r\u00e9duire les blessures et les d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur les routes, conform\u00e9ment au Plan mondial pour la D\u00e9cennie d'action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2021-2030.<\/p>\n

Le 14 septembre 2022, les organismes finan\u00e7ant et soutenant TanRAP se sont r\u00e9unis \u00e0 Dar es Salaam pour marquer le lancement du projet, sous la pr\u00e9sidence de l'honorable Atupele Mwakibete, vice-ministre (Transports) du minist\u00e8re des Travaux publics et des Transports. Financ\u00e9 conjointement par\u00a0Fonds des Nations Unies pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re (UNRSF)<\/a>\u00a0et par le Minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, du Commonwealth et du D\u00e9veloppement (UKAid)<\/a>, \u00e0 travers le\u00a0Dispositif mondial pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re (GRSF)<\/a>\u00a0de la Banque mondiale<\/a>, Le Plan en dix \u00e9tapes Tanzanie est un projet de 30 mois con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de la Tanzanie et renforcer durablement les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles, l'impact et les partenariats. Sous l'\u00e9gide de Commission \u00e9conomique des Nations Unies pour l'Afrique (CEA)<\/a> Le projet est mis en \u0153uvre par un consortium dirig\u00e9 par F\u00e9d\u00e9ration routi\u00e8re internationale (IRF)<\/a>, et comprend le International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP)<\/a>, le Association mondiale de la route (PIARC)<\/a> et le Association des routes de Tanzanie (TARA)<\/a>. Le projet a r\u00e9uni le gouvernement tanzanien \u00e0 travers MoWT<\/a>, TANROADS<\/a>, TARURA<\/a>, Institut national des transports (NIT)<\/a>, et d'autres institutions, ONG et acteurs industriels de premier plan en Tanzanie.\u00a0<\/p>\n
