Les participants des organisations partenaires du projet et les parties prenantes concern\u00e9es ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l'atelier de deux jours et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res et au mod\u00e8le iRAP, en mettant l'accent sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des cyclistes.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet SABRINA se concentre sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures routi\u00e8res pour les cyclistes, l'un des usagers de la route les plus vuln\u00e9rables. Il aborde les probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures cyclables sur les corridors cyclables existants, planifi\u00e9s et manquants traversant neuf pays de la r\u00e9gion du Danube. Leur objectif est d'am\u00e9liorer les conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures cyclables routi\u00e8res dans la r\u00e9gion en renfor\u00e7ant les capacit\u00e9s de toutes les parties prenantes nationales, r\u00e9gionales et locales concern\u00e9es \u00e0 construire et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les infrastructures cyclables de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre et durable.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re est un enjeu essentiel qui doit \u00eatre abord\u00e9 pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de tous les usagers de la route. Le mod\u00e8le iRAP utilise des donn\u00e9es sur les caract\u00e9ristiques d'une route, d'une rue ou d'un chemin pour \u00e9valuer le risque d'accidents pour les v\u00e9hicules, les motocyclistes, les pi\u00e9tons et les cyclistes.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la premi\u00e8re partie du webinaire, <strong>Morgan Fletcher, chef de l'\u00e9quipe des op\u00e9rations pour l'Am\u00e9rique latine et les Cara\u00efbes chez iRAP,<\/strong> Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes et des infrastructures routi\u00e8res. \u201c Chaque jour, 3 500 personnes meurent dans le monde dans des accidents de la route. Les accidents de la route sont la principale cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s pour les jeunes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 5 \u00e0 29 ans. Environ 100 000 personnes subissent \u00e9galement chaque jour des blessures qui changent leur vie sur les routes du monde. ... L'am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re est le facteur r\u00e9alisable le plus important pour r\u00e9duire les traumatismes routiers. ... Il est vraiment important que nous croyions en une mobilit\u00e9 s\u00fbre. ... Cela demande plus que de construire plus de routes pour augmenter les flux de circulation, r\u00e9duire les temps de trajet, r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d'exploitation, etc. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 mise de c\u00f4t\u00e9 ; elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un luxe suppl\u00e9mentaire que l'on peut faire plus tard. Mais en fait, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre le facteur le plus important que nous prenons en compte lors du d\u00e9veloppement de notre syst\u00e8me de transport. \u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jigesh Bhavsar, Responsable Technique chez IndiaRAP,<\/strong> pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l'iRAP dans un contexte mondial. Statistiques inqui\u00e9tantes bas\u00e9es sur celles de l'iRAP <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vaccinesforroads.org\/\">Vaccins pour routes<\/a> Selon les donn\u00e9es disponibles, 861 % des routes dans le monde ne sont class\u00e9es qu\u2019\u00e0 1 ou 2 \u00e9toiles pour les cyclistes (sur un total possible de 5 \u00e9toiles). Des \u00e9tudes montrent que le risque de d\u00e9c\u00e8s ou de blessure grave diminue de moiti\u00e9 environ \u00e0 chaque augmentation d\u2019une \u00e9toile dans le classement. Pour comprendre comment ce classement fonctionne dans la pratique, Jigesh a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une d\u00e9monstration pratique de l\u2019outil en ligne de l\u2019iRAP appel\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/vida.irap.org\/en-gb\/home\">D\u00e9monstrateur de notation par \u00e9toiles<\/a> qui est disponible gratuitement sur le site web de l'iRAP. Nous avons attrib\u00e9 une \u00e9toile \u00e0 une section de route s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e avec un trafic mixte en Slov\u00e9nie. Les participants ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 essayer d'utiliser le d\u00e9monstrateur par eux-m\u00eames et \u00e0 attribuer des \u00e9toiles \u00e0 des sections de route s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me partie de l'atelier s'est concentr\u00e9e encore davantage sur les cyclistes. <strong>Monica Olyslagers, responsable mondiale de l'innovation et sp\u00e9cialiste des villes chez iRAP, <\/strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des v\u00e9los pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e et le nouveau <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/cycleRAP\/\">Mod\u00e8le CycleRAP<\/a>. CycleRAP est un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du cyclisme et de la mobilit\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Il identifie les emplacements \u00e0 haut risque et fournit des donn\u00e9es pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les accidents et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des infrastructures pour ces modes de transport. Monica a montr\u00e9 comment le mod\u00e8le peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 en pratique. Le mod\u00e8le CycleRAP peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendamment ou en conjonction avec d'autres mod\u00e8les et outils RAP et d'autres types de m\u00e9thodes d'\u00e9valuation des risques. Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre combin\u00e9 avec <a href=\"https:\/\/starratingforschools.org\/\">Notation par \u00e9toiles pour les \u00e9coles<\/a> mod\u00e8le, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par <strong>Rafaela Machado, Coordinatrice mondiale de Star Rating for Schools.<\/strong> Ce mod\u00e8le se concentre sur les pi\u00e9tons et leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre combin\u00e9 avec CycleRAP, ce qui nous donnera des r\u00e9sultats sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des enfants lorsqu'ils se rendent \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole et en reviennent \u00e0 pied et \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, et fournira aux d\u00e9cideurs et aux parties prenantes concern\u00e9es les donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration des infrastructures et, par cons\u00e9quent, \u00e0 une meilleure s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re pour les enfants et les autres usagers de la route.<\/p>\n<p>La formation iRAP faisait partie du module de formation dans le cadre du projet SABRINA.
