{"id":2923,"date":"2021-11-17T03:20:55","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T16:20:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:38:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:38:16","slug":"first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/fr\/first-accredited-inspection-system-for-lidar\/","title":{"rendered":"Premier syst\u00e8me d'inspection accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 pour le LIDAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Anditi\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roadviewer.market\/\">Visionneuse de route<\/a> Il s&#x27;agit du 16e syst\u00e8me d&#x27;inspection certifi\u00e9 iRAP et du premier au monde \u00e0 permettre aux utilisateurs de coder les attributs du classement par \u00e9toiles \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es LiDAR mobiles en 3D.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RoadViewer utilise les donn\u00e9es existantes captur\u00e9es par TomTom dans le cadre de son programme mondial de cartographie mobile (MoMa), collectant environ 3 millions de kilom\u00e8tres de nouvelles donn\u00e9es par an dans plus de 60 pays.<\/p>\n<p>Au lieu d'avoir \u00e0 envoyer des \u00e9quipes physiques pour effectuer des \u00e9valuations routi\u00e8res avec une collecte de donn\u00e9es manuelle utilisant la vid\u00e9o, Anditi peut fournir des donn\u00e9es MoMa \u2018pr\u00eates \u00e0 l'emploi\u2019 \u00e0 partir des archives TomTom, ce qui permet d'\u00e9conomiser des ressources humaines, du carburant, des \u00e9missions et des risques de d\u00e9placement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Cette approche permet \u00e9galement d'explorer des donn\u00e9es historiques qui peuvent soutenir le suivi des performances et des \u00e9tudes de classement (Star Rating) avant et apr\u00e8s les am\u00e9liorations routi\u00e8res. Les co\u00fbts des donn\u00e9es et les co\u00fbts de codage restent applicables.<\/p>\n<p>Le portail web RoadViewer facilite l&#x27;\u00e9valuation et la codification des caract\u00e9ristiques routi\u00e8res conform\u00e9ment aux normes mondiales iRAP. RoadViewer s&#x27;appuie sur des donn\u00e9es LiDAR mobiles collect\u00e9es en continu et sur des images \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s prises tous les 8 m\u00e8tres environ, ce qui r\u00e9pond aux exigences de la norme iRAP en mati\u00e8re de segmentation par intervalles de 100 m\u00e8tres et de codification de plus de 50 caract\u00e9ristiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, notamment la largeur des voies, la largeur des accotements, les pentes, la distance par rapport aux arbres, les glissi\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les poteaux \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>Outre le codage manuel des attributs du classement par \u00e9toiles, le syst\u00e8me RoadViewer a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour faciliter la transition future du codage manuel iRAP bas\u00e9 sur la vid\u00e9o vers un codage acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 et intelligent du classement par \u00e9toiles certifi\u00e9 AiRAP, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#x27;utilisation du LiDAR mobile, de l&#x27;imagerie \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s et des techniques associ\u00e9es d&#x27;intelligence artificielle et d&#x27;apprentissage automatique.<\/p>\n<p>Roadviewer et les donn\u00e9es MoMa auxquelles il acc\u00e8de peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour \u00e9laborer des plans d'investissement pour des routes plus s\u00fbres, ainsi que pour d'autres objectifs tels que l'identification automatique des actifs routiers, la r\u00e9alisation d'analyses de trajectoire pour les v\u00e9hicules lourds et le calcul des d\u00e9gagements sous les ponts pour les v\u00e9hicules hors gabarit.<\/p>\n<p>Les fournisseurs agr\u00e9\u00e9s iRAP et les syst\u00e8mes d&#x27;inspection joueront un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la mise en \u0153uvre des recommandations du programme r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.who.int\/media\/docs\/default-source\/documents\/health-topics\/road-traffic-injuries\/global-plan-for-road-safety.pdf?sfvrsn=65cf34c8_27&amp;download=true\">Plan mondial pour la d\u00e9cennie d'action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re<\/a>.
