Chapter 3 \u2013 Urban Mobility and Chapter 5 \u2013 Extra Urban Roads are especially important for road safety.<\/p>\n<p>Safe journeys \u2013 walking, bicycling, in public transport, on motorcycles and in vehicles &#8211; are at the heart of sustainable transport. It is critically important that banks and governments align with the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/teams\/social-determinants-of-health\/safety-and-mobility\/decade-of-action-for-road-safety-2021-2030\">Plan mondial pour la D\u00e9cennie d\u2019action pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re 2021-2030<\/a> with the aim of halving road deaths and injuries.
